"I greatly appreciate the opportunity. The majority of the times it can be fixed. Most companies don't tell you that because they make more money by replacing it."
"I appreciate the opportunity and thank you for having me. Thank you for you kind words and I look forward to servicing your systems in the future"
"Thank you for the opportunity!"
"I appreciate the opportunity. The job shouldn't be a shock to the homeowners system, if they know what's going on and the price everything will be pleasant. Look forward to servicing your heater in the fall and thank you for your kind words"
"I appreciate the opportunity. I look forward to servicing your system for years to come. As well as all customers you have to do what's right by them."
"Thank you for the opportunity. Always a pleasure servicing you"
"Run it until it dies is how I approach systems. I won't force you into a sale or some worthless service agreements/plans"
"A fix doesn't have to cost thousands like everyone else charges. It's outrageous what companies do. I appreciate the opportunity to service your system"
"I appreciate the opportunity. Again, why should it cost thousands? Companies take advantage because your desperate. It shouldn't be that way."
"Thank you, I appreciate the opportunity. Great guy to work with"
"I appreciate the opportunity."
"I appreciate the opportunity. When I used to work for one of the largest company around here they trained technicians to sell or set up a salesman. Any other company would tell/convince this homeowner to replace their system. It'[Member Information Removed] not necessary, this system just needed some needed attention and it'[Member Information Removed] ready for the up coming season!"
"I appreciate the opportunity to service your system. A lot of people think I do duct cleaning.... I don't. Please ask before buying. It's $49 for a maintenance/cleaning."
"It was a pleasure meeting you. Classic case of companies telling people to replace their system because it "looks old" this gentleman's system worked fine and will continue to do so. Thanks for the opportunity"
"I appreciate the opportunity! Thank you and remember to use your referral card to get your next maintenance for $25!"
"Great customer! I appreciate the opportunity to service your system. I always approach every job as if I'm interviewing, thank very much for that opportunity! See you in the spring."
"I appreciate the opportunity. Great customer always a pleasure servicing your system year in and year out."
"I appreciate the opportunity to service your systems for the past 3 years. To up-sell is to sell you "accessories" or these useless service plans and even replacing your system when it's not warranted. I don't up sell. I've been servicing your system for the past 3 years and never charged you more then the $49 that the cleaning/maintenance is. When I arrived at the to do the latest cleaning the gentleman's system was unresponsive and was leaking water everywhere, after quote the job and having agreed to the [Member Name Removed] 5 days in advance you had a lots of time to research and negotiate the [Member Name Removed]. Let's remember that the $500 charged was for replacing your part servicing 2 systems and re piping pvc pipes that were leaking. The big box companies would have charged you thousands.l for that work. Again, I appreciate the opportunity to service you systems and I have any questions in the future or need to pick my brain on any work offered, please feel free to call me and I'll be more than happy to help. Happy holidays to you and your family."
"I'm sorry if you think your money was stolen sir, after speaking multiple times and my wife giving birth to our first child at any moment complications in scheduling may arise as they have in your case and a few others. How everyone else that had purchased a maintenance like you had understood my complicated schedule and you didn't blows my mind. I guess you really didn't care that my wife was due with our first child at any moment. I prefer not to service a selfish person like yourself anyway. I don't steal and I am no thief. Your $49 purchase won't get me any closer to retirement. All you have to do is call Angie'[Member Information Removed] List to get your money back and they'll refund it to you. Take care"
"Many thanks! I look forward to servicing your system for years to come."
"Thanks for calling again! Always a pleasure"
"Thank you for the opportunity. No need for high pressure sales. That's how you push customers away."
"Perfect slogan! Thank you for kind words and for the opportunity to service your system. I can't tell you what to do with your money or force a sale on you like the big companies out there. I give you the pros and cons of every option and let you decide what you want to do with your money."
"Great customer! Always a pleasure servicing your system"
