Thermostat was installed without incident. The service attendant was on time per the appointment. He checked both furnaces and recommended a replacement vent blower motor a cost of about $500.00 for one of the furnaces. I later looked up the item on line and found that I could purchase them from multiple vendors ( such as Amazon) for less than $150.00. These units are held in place with 4 or 5 bolts and replacement takes about 10 minutes, including removing and reattaching a few hoses. The furnace which had the blower motor replaced stopped running one month later. Having done my homework, I replaced the pressure switch myself with one I had on hand, and the furnace straightened up. The moral of all of this is Carpe Diem, or "buyer beware". Expect that if you have a service call and you need parts to repair your furnace, expect to be asked to pay 4 or 5 times the actual cost of the replacement parts. The initial prices of $49.00 are lower than market but only provide an opportunity to upsell service plans, and/or expensive parts. I understand that one must pay a reasonable cost for the repair expertise, but focus on reasonable, please.

I paid for the service and the owner called me and informed that he would have to set-up an appointment for the following week. I agreed and was promised a callback when he was available to start taking appointments. They never called back to schedule an appointment, and never returned my call when I inquired on when they were coming out. Long story short. They Just Stole My Money!!!

All went well. I will definitely be having him perform yearly maintenance on my furnace to keep in it in tip top shape!

Saki asked if he could come earlier, which was great. He got right to work on the tune up. He is very professional and doesn't try to sell you things you don't need.

Furnace tune up special. Saki again delivered on the tune up this time for the winter months.

I'm pleased. We were offered options: (1) investigate the slow leak of coolant, which may or may not be easy to find and certainly requires bringing down drywall, or (2) re-upping the coolant each season. I felt like SK was not interested in making a lot of money off me but rather wanted to just do a good job that was a good buy for the money. This is not a "corporate" feeling company but a small enterprise that feels like a buddy who tells it to you straight and offers options tailored to your budget and situation.

It was okay I mean they were prompt and stuff with the timing and everything, they only thing I think they might have had was filters they didn't have no filters but they did all the other check ups. They need to have some filters and stuff available when they come to do the tune up to change the filters and everything else at the same time while they are adding free on and all that stuff to it. the workers did an excellent job but they just didn't have the materials I thought the workers there is nothing wrong with the workers.

SK heating and air conditioning got it fixed quickly and inexpensively both times. Saki is the best. The first time he replaced a voltage regulator in under an hour. This time it was a fan motor. Including going out for a new motor, it took him only 2 hours. He returns calls promptly, shows up on time, his prices are very reasonable and he is skilled, professional, careful, thorough, works clean and is a pleasure to deal with. He says "I would rather repair than replace" and he treats every call as if it was an interview. His attitude and honesty are qualities that are so hard to find these days. BTW, my system is 29 years old so I would not have been surprised if it had totally worn out. But Saki checked it's "heart" (his words) and predicted that I can expect more years of service from it. Nothing lasts forever, but thanks to Saki, I am getting the most out of my AC. I am so glad we found SK Heating and Air Conditioning and will call whenever the system needs service.

Saki showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. Our AC unit had been broken for eight years and he was able to diagnose the problem and repair/restore the unit within 20 minutes, saving us a ton of money on a replacement unit. Couldn't recommend him more highly!!!

Excellent! Saki was professional, courteous, and thorough. He called before coming, wore booties in the house, and was extremely helpful. He gave my husband some tips on how to improve the quality of the AC because of unnecessary vents in the basement ductwork.

I love this company. They were on time, and very professional. I am a neat freak, and I love that they put on shoe covers before entering my home. After contacting a few HVAC comapnies, we found SK Heating and Air Conditioning on Angie's List. Saki was very quick to respond. He came to our home to diagnose the problem and scheduled the appropiate time to fix the unit. He was professional, knowledgable and spent time with us discussing our options. He is very reliable and hard working. If there is one word to describe him it would be HONEST. We highly recommend Saki for your HVAC needs. We feel fortunate we found him.

Saki was on time and educated me big time on my unit. He was extremely personable and had no hard sell ideas. I think for consumers our biggest apprehension from having maintenance done is the idea we'll get hit with something we don't need and being novices will buy. You don't get that from Saki. Sure if something is wrong I'm sure he'll tell you but in my example he was there to do a tune up and thats what he did as well as walk me through my unit. Also, he applied labels to some of the more important things for a homeowner. Example would be the tag I have telling me this is where I turn off the gas. Another tag was used for the electricity switch. All important stuff that I'm not sure I knew if there was an emergency. Probably a little thing for him but as a homeowner a nice touch. I'll be using Saki this October for my furnace tune up as well as my A/C tuneups going forward.

Was a great experience! Aside from a cleaning, I was having an issue with water around my high efficiency heater. A couple of issues were identified and was first given an explanation with a description of how I could address the issue on my own (if I wanted) - as well as an estimate for him to do the work. I was highly impressed by the straightforward, honest approach and doing the work myself did indeed save me some money - and earned my trust for any future work. I'll readily refer friends and neighbors and won't hesitate to call SK in the future.

We spent more than $500 with them. I have called them 6 times and they will not respond to my calls. We do not have any air at this time. If he would come and look at the unit and tell me what is up I would consider using him again. My wife and I are both senior citizens and she just recently came out of the hospital, we need our ac to work.
