Description of Work: I liked Saki, but not my air conditioning unit. He came one day early and replaced a capacitor on my unit but it broke down a few hours after he left, and on the hottest day of the year of course! Saki came back out the next day and replaced the whole motor, of course then it got cooler outside... Overall, he is a great guy and would recommend him to others, and I will call him again, hopefully, won't need too!

Description of Work: clean the central aircon and we provided the filter since they said they don't provide them but I know most service includes replacing a new filter efor every season service which should be replace every three months since I am asthmatic and I have 2 hairy dogs and it's an old colonial house with old carpets, so it's so dusty and full of dog hairs all around the house. THANKS FOR YOUR WONDERFUL REFERRALS!!!

Thank you for the opportunity! I don't provide filters for that reason, some people have allergies and some don't, for the price of $59 I couldn't provide the expensive pleated ones. Also if I provided the cheaper ones it won't do the job for someone who has allergies. Thanks again for the opportunity.

I appreciate the opportunity to device your a/c system. This gentlemans system was in serious trouble. I'm glad we weren't forced to replace it and cought the problems early. I'm not the cheapest out there or the most expensive. But one things for sure, I'm ALWAYS going to suggest to fix it first and right! Larger companies will always force a replacement because that's where they make all their profits. (Trust me, I know. I used to work for one). If I can save you thousands by charging hundreds, I'll do it all day long. 95% of the problems can be fixed. But to larger companies 95% of the problems means replacement in their eyes. That's definitely not doing right by the customer.

Description of Work: They were very professional and discovered the issue to my central air right away. They cleaned my outside unit and replaced the filter inside, and I paid to have 2 gallons of the refrigerant refilled, which he had in his vehicle. And my central air has worked great ever since!

Description of Work: We were told by a few other furnace installers that we needed a new furnace so we contacted SK for an estimate. After looking at out furnace, he thoroughly explained that we don't need a new furnace, it was in great shape and any inefficiency in our heating were probably coming from the windows or poor insulation. His honesty saved us thousands! He needed up servicing the furnace on the spot despite how late it was. Will definetly continue to use in the future.
