Description of Work: There was an initial scheduling mix up, but they were very apologetic and very professional in rescheduling. I wouldn't hold it against them, and would definitely use them again in the future. They looked at my Central Air, answered a bunch of my questions, and replaced the coolant in my AC.

Description of Work: Saki came out to inspect my 30-yr-old previously unmaintained a/c (the installer told me it wouldn't need maintenance!) He found some worn parts, and a need for 2lbs of coolant ($240). He also told me that there was some wiring that wd need replacement next year. He was very professional, showed me what he was doing, gave me prices prior to completing the work. He left. Everything seemed fine. However, when I got home from work the next day, my house was about 85 degrees! It turned out that my system is so old that it didn't have an auto off switch to alert him to the issues that working on it caused. it used all the coolant (usually 5-7 years' worth!) in 24 hours. Although I started calling him that night, we did not connect for 48 very hot hours. When he finally came out to fix it, he discovered a "blanket" of cat hair, stopping the air flow in a part of the system he had to cut open to access! Long story shorter, he announced he wasn't leaving until it was working, which actually didn't take as long as expected & replaced the coolant again ($240). Since then my a/c has actually been performing very well. So my main issue was the 2 90+ degree days it took for him to get over to fix things; I believe the quality of his work is excellent, considering the age of my system, and plan to have him inspect the heating in the fall. |

Thank you for the opportunity for trusting your fragile system in my hands. When installed many years ago the indoor coils were incased where nobody could inspect the coils and clean. After servicing the system the first time I noticed that her filter wasn't installed correctly and informed the homeowner that her coils inside the home could be blanketed with cat hair and dust, if her problem persisted we would have to tear into the incased box to exposed the coils. Low and behold we had to. After never mbeing maintenances in 20+ years what I found in the system was really messing with the units heating and cooling. Make a long story short, everything is working by design now and no more sleeping in hot temps for this homeowner.

Description of Work: This is the 2nd time i've used him He was prompt again and diagnosed a burnt motor in my AC unit I had tenants moving in in two days and was desperate to get this unit running.
