I appreciate the opportunity. Be Careful of larger companies. It's more profitable to replace a system rather than just fixing it and because we're having a mild fall/winter and the larger companies are slow, every chance they get they are trying to replace a system rather than fix it. That's what happened to this customer here. Was told his system wasn't fixable and it would be 8k + to replace it. I fixed it for $179.

Description of Work: Our furnace was not working. Saki came out the same day, showed up early, fixed the problem in less than an hour (he had the necessary part on his truck even though this was the first time we used him), and charged significantly less than another quote we received. In short, a perfect experience.

That's why I'm cheaper than anyone around, but I used to work for one of the large companies so I have the knowledge and training the can afford to send their technicians. See you next season!

Description of Work: Never again will I hire this guy. |I'm reading reviews about how Saki explained technical HVAC issues and maintenance to customers, and how he wore booties in their house. He did none of this at our house. I bought a 22-Point Winter Furnace Inspection and Cleaning because my HVAC wasn't working. He spent less than 10 minutes inspecting our system and said it needed coolant which would cost a few $ hundred. He said will fix it, but it would cost a few hundred and then he added that he preferred cash over check. That was incredibly bothersome because who carries around hundreds in cash?? I also had a newborn baby at home, so I was not about to run to an ATM machine. This guy was lucky I happened to have cash on hand. So he refilled the coolant and the AC was working again. We asked him if he was sure this was the only problem, and he was positive it was. LO AND BEHOLD, THE NEXT DAY THE HVAC BROKE AGAIN! So I contact Saki and he says "That's odd. Is the fan and compressor working outside?" My initial reaction was, do I look like I repair HVAC systems?!?! I assumed the fan was working because I could hear it, but how do you check the compressor??? THIS WAS HIS JOB! So I emailed him back, but he never replied. At that point, I did not want to deal with him anymore. | |NEVER AGAIN WILL I WORK WITH THIS GUY.

first things first i appreciate the opportunity to service your system. i had no idea you felt this way. i wish i did, i would have done something about it. i do my best to always wear my booties in other peoples homes but i can forget from time to time. i would never force a way of payment on a customer and if professionalism and quality are the reasons you would never hire me again i apologize and wish i would have known about it. i don't recall hearing from you after i was at your home and im sure it wasn't September because i was on vacation for the whole month. i will reach out to the homeowner and give her a winter maintenance/cleaning for free
