The heating technician was very punctual, thorough personable, and knowledgeable. He was self sufficient and able to get the job done in a timely manner. I will certainly use him in the near future and will recommend him to all of my neighbors, family, and friends. Wonderful job!! Thank for coming out.

Service technician Saki came at scheduled time. He was courteous and professional. He addressed any concerns I had about the functioning of my heater. He explained the services performed from the beginning to the end. He even labeled the gas heater, water tank and shut off valves. How cool is that? I will certainly use SK services again and will recommend them to my friends and relatives. Good job Saki!

First of all, I would highly recommend SK Heating!!! Not only was Saki prompt but after the formal introduction, he got right to work. He assured me that he was not here to up charge me but was primarily interested in making sure my unit would run efficiently for the coming season. Next he informed me that he would tag the power button, shut-off valves for both the heating unit and for the hot water tank - this was for emergency purposes only. He also placed a pouch adjacent to the unit to contain a detailed description of the work that was performed. He even swapped out my filter that was sitting nearby and explained the importance of changing it regularly and timely. He was efficient and very professional. I have already referred my friends to SK Heating.

Saw the promotion for seasonal tune up on angieslist, called the company to make sure they will serve my area before purchase it. Mr. Saki answer the call, very polite, and clear. He sounds very efficient person, try to help me out as much as possible over the phone. Since I order this tune up for my tenant. I will not be there to observe the service, therefore, I could not comment on some aspects. However, I am very please first conversation with Mr. Saki.

They came out to tune up my furnace. While he was here he found a leak and fixed it for a decent price. He told me my options and did what I told him. He didn't try to pressure me into purchasing anything extra. I was very happy with this company and have already recommended them to other people.

He showed up prompt and on time and got right to work. He explained everything that he was doing and answered all of my questions with knowledgeable answers. He was very honest and sincere. I was talking about replacing my system and he was very adamant that as long as you continue to maintenance the heater that replacing it should be out of the question until it dies. I feel most tech would push you to replace since I am sure that is where they make most of the money. Highly recommended.

I was getting ready to leave for the shore and the night before my AC was not working. I was planning on leaving my cat at home while I was on vacation but when the AC stopped working I knew I couldn't leave her home in the heat! I was searching for various heating/cooling companies and I made a few phone calls. No one was able to come on such short notice and at night. I was asking friends for recommendations and someone told me to call SK heating and cooling. I called and spoke to Saki, he was a lifesaver! He was able to come over that very evening! I was so worried that I was going to have a huge bill but Saki took the time to look at my unit and it only ended up needing a cleaning. He was so helpful and took care of the problem. He was polite and kept his work area clean. I will definitely call SK heating and cooling again!

I initially called SK Heating and Air Conditioning after seeing their truck advertisement for a $54 system cleaning. Since my AC unit was beginning to act up I thought it would be a good idea to have a professional take a look at it before it was too late. I called the number and scheduled an early appointment before I went to work. The following day they showed up on time. Their technician examined the AC unit, checked all electrical connections, cleaned the indoor and outdoor coils, checked the amperage on the motors, checked refrigerant levels, and replaced my filter all for just $54. What a great deal! Their technician took their time explaining in layman terms exactly what was causing the unit to act up. Turns out it just needed to be cleaned and the filter had to be replaced. Turns out I didn't change the filter throughout the years......OOOOPS! Turns out a $54 check up saved several thousands. Thanks SK!
