He came out promptly and provided a thorough service on my aging boiler system. He is truly concerned with providing a complete service and is not using this special as an excuse to try to sell something more expensive. Despite the fact that my boiler is from the 60's he did not try to sell me a thing. He is third different provider that I have used to do a yearly cleaning. He is the only one I will call again. His concern was only to do a good job. Excellent service.

Saki arrived on time and gave a thorough explanation of the services he was there to provide. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all the questions I had. The report he provided had everything detailed which was discussed at the end of his inspection. I plan to use SK's services again in the future.

I originally signed up for the cleaning and maintenance special advertised on Angie's list and scheduled my appointment a week out. When I told Saki my furnace would not turn on he offered to see me immediately due to it being a no heat situation. He arrived punctually and got right down to business, quickly identifying and fixing the electrical problem. Saki explained a lot about how my furnace works to me while cleaning it and giving it a thorough checkup from top to bottom. Saki said his goal was to keep me as a long term customer and not to over charge me. He fixed the electrical problem as part of the cleaning and maintenance visit and did not charge me extra which I really appreciated. He tested gas flow, temperature and examined every component of my furnace even tagging the gas line and electrical switch for our convenience. While other vendors might have tried to sell me a new furnace Saki told me that old Betsy was working just fine and still had some good years left in her. Saki is extremely personable and really knows his stuff. He prides himself on his honesty and professionalism. It is not difficult to see why he consistently gets an A rating on Angie's list. From now on I will be using SK Heating and Air Conditioning for all of my heating and air conditioning needs!

Very professional, serviced the heater, changed the filter and explained how to operate the system thoroughly. Did not try to over sell, came to the house on time also.

I selected this SK Heating and Air Conditioning for the special they were offering to inspect and clean my furnace for the upcoming winter. SK Heating Air conditioning contacted me immediately to schedule an appointment. The day of the appointment, the provider called to verify the scheduled time and arrived promptly on time. When the representative arrived at my house he introduced himself. His name was Saki. Saki was very professional, courteous and friendly. He explained everything in detail, what he was planning to do during his visit. He inspected my thermostat, furnace and cleaned and label my furnace. I would definitely refer him to my friends and family. I would recommend SK Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone. This provider is very honest and will not take advantage of you.

We purchased the Angies list coupon for a furnace tune-up. We are more than happy with the service we received. We have been at our house for about one year, and were having a few issues with our heat. Saki came and did the tune up we purchased with the coupon, but he also showed us everything we need to know about our heating system. He showed my husband what all of the controls, valves and settings to keep our system running right and labeled all the valves and piping, and recommended insulating services we can easily do ourselves. Not only did he preform the regular furnace check, but provided us education and advice to keep our system functioning efficiently, without any extra charge. He opened the water inlet to the boiler and then bled the rest of the system. Our heat is now functioning better than ever and finally properly labeled as a system should be. We certainly plan to use SK Heating again in the future and plan to recommend his services in the future.

I wish I could give Saki an A+++++ review because he deserves it! He arrived at my home not on time but a little early, which was great. He put on shoe covers which I greatly appreciated. Saki was right on time, actually, early by a few minutes. He was professional, took care to protect the house and keep it clean, and did a thorough cleaning and check of the furnace and heating system. As others have said, he clearly tagged everything, explained as much as possible for a non-HVAC person could take in regarding the system and how it works, and left me comfortable that when the system is needed, it's going to be primed and ready to go. Saki is a throw-back to what customer service in a small business USED to be. It was refreshing and he'll be our HVAC guy for years to come with this level of service.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a contractor. He showed how much he cares when he covered his shoes. Then he took the time to explain the furnace to me along with labeling important parts that I may need to adjust. I have an understanding of how the furnace works and feel confident that I can shut it down or turn off the gas if I have to. So not only did I get what I paid for..I also was given a lesson. This is the kind of person I want to always work with!

Saki was great. He arranged to come by the next day on a Saturday. He carefully explained everything he was doing in language a no - professional could understand.

In addition, he discussed updates with me concerning replacing a thermostat and how that process is done. He also educates about heating services and what you can do to improve your exisiting heating system. My needs at this time were minor but nonetheless I was appreciative of the information. I was extremely pleased with his punctuality and his willingness to share information. While he offered this as an incentive, a discount on next year's cleaning if I would recommend his services, that was not what sold me on his business ethic. It was the fact that he took the time to explain how I could improve my heating system within the house. This is what I valued the most. I would highly recommend this service provider.

Everything was wonderful. They were quick and on time. They gave me honest information on my heater. I would used them again and refer them to friends and family. I even added them to my phone book, not many companies make it to my phone book.

Saki, performed the service. He arrived on time, explained the service that was included in the quoted price. I am a new home owner, I knew nothing about my broiler, Saki, explained, how it worked, he labeled very exterior knob (very moving part). Showed how to use the automated thermostat. Excellent service.

SK Heating came to our home on October 16th at 5:00 sharp, as scheduled. Not only was the young man pleasant, professional, and informative, he slipped on shoe covers upon entering our home. He explained all of the work he performed, and he gave us a pocket for the side of the furnace to hold all receipts. He explained that even if we do not call him to service our furnace again, we need to keep the receipt he gives us, in the pocket he provided, so the future repairman will know what work had been performed. We were so impressed with him and his knowledge of our old furnace that we informed him that we would be calling him back for all of our future furnace issues.

Saki could have stopped at doing the pre-arranged maintenance, but he noticed that one of two aquastats on my boiler was malfunctioning causing the boiler to prematurely cycle off. He set it so that just the one correctly working aquastat controlled the water temperature. I really appreciate that he took extra time and went the extra mile to make my boiler work more efficiently, as well as explaining everything he was doing as he went along.

Great experience with a small-business owner who is eager to build a base of satisfied and loyal customers. Willing to discuss replacement of old heating equipment, but his first instinct was to save us the cost by preserving our current equipment through good maintenance.

SK Heating and Air Conditioning responded quickly to my request to schedule service. On the day the service was scheduled, the owner called in the morning to see if he could arrive earlier since he had had a cancellation. He arrived at the time promised. I was impressed that he put on shoe covers to avoid potentially tracking of any dirt on the floors. He explained thoroughly what he was going to do during the inspection, tune-up, and cleaning. Afterwards he informed me that no repairs were needed. He did a nice job labeling the gas valves and electric switch on both the furnace and hot water heater so we know exactly where to turn them on and off. He also hung a shop ticket holder with a log and a place to keep the receipts. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant and professional experience. I plan to use SK Heating and Air Conditioning going forward.

It was an excellent experience. He arrive exactly at the time promised. Dd the work. Explained what he was going to do and explained what he did afterwards. I just had a new air condition installed. The installer told me if anyone else cleaned the system, my warranty would be voided. He explained the real deal.

It was great. I am very happy with the work that Saki did. The price was very good too. I purchased two deals online from SK Heating & Air Conditioning, one for a humidifier installation and one for a furnace inspection and cleaning. Saki contacted me later that day to schedule an appointment. He was able to work with my schedule and do the work on Saturday so I didn't have to take off from work during the week. He came to my house twice: once to do the furnace maintenance and to size up the humidifier, and then to install the humidifier. Both times he was right on time. He was professional. He labeled everything and showed me how to operate it.

Amazing experience for me. I had not had my furnace cleaned in several years because I did not know who to call. (My plumber always too busy.). This gentleman showed me the entire system and explained everything to me. I did not realize that I had to keep water in my system (hot water heat!). He put a label on each part so if something goes wrong, I know how to shut it off of stop it. I have no one to advise me on these things or help me, so I was ever so grateful to have this instruction. I will check the water levels periodically during winter and bleed the radiators. I feel empowered. In addition, this gentleman was just that; personable and professional. So glad I called.

Splendidly. Mr. Saki was on time. He introduced himself and gave me the reason for his visit. He came in and told me what his goals were. That was to provide me with a safe and functional heater. He asked me what my expectations were and offered to answer any questions I might have. He informed that if at any time, I was not happy with his services, to let him know. ( Guess What - That did not happen.) The furnace tune-up went well. He told me about a few issues that could have a detrimental effect on the heater and corrected them. The tune-up did not take long and before I knew he was finished. He tagged areas of the furnace so that if a problem presented itself, it would be easy to identify and locate certain areas for him. We spoke some more about a few things. By then I felt that we had developed a nice rapport with each other. I like him. I will look to him for the servicing of my heater. I will gladly recommend him to my friends.
