Saki was very punctual, easy to reach, and knowledgeable about the problem with my heater. He was able to come earlier than our planned appointment and made every effort to get the part changed as quickly as possible. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The service was great. Saki took the time to explain how the systems worked in addition to performing the maintenance. He also showed me how to fix a problem we were having with the hot air being very weak in certain rooms for no additional charge.

Great! He got here a lot earlier than scheduled but called to ensure that was okay. Even though we have an older boiler he didn't suggest we replace it. He said to keep maintaining it and it would be fine. Last year we had a terrible winter inspection/cleaning from another company so this was a breath of fresh air (warm air, fortunately).

Great! This is our third time using SK heating. He is always polite and prompt. He puts on shoe covers before entering your home and explains the services provided. Quick and easy. Saki labeled important parts of the heater, like the gas shutoff and the power shutoff. He showed me what he had done and left a record of service attached. He showed up about 5 minutes early and completed the work promptly. When I asked a question he couldn't answer ("how old do you think this heater is?"), he was honest that he didn't know!

They did an inspection and cleaning of my boiler. My first impression of the company and workers was excellent, they were friendly and prompt. Their 3 best qualities, I would say are price, professionalism and friendliness. That was the first time I used this company.

Saki was very professional and thorough with the repair. I love the fact that he would prefer to repair instead of replace. That can't be said for many other contractors out there. He does have a strict timeline throughout the year so one has to catch him at the right month if you need something installed.

Saki diagnosed the problem quickly - a burned-out fan motor - and made the repair cost as little as possible by reusing the fan blades instead of replacing the entire unit.

Honest and direct. We hired him for second opinion since the company who's handling our HVAC maintenance told us that there's a leak in our system and pushing us to change the coils which is costly. Saki educated us and gave us different scenarios so we can decide accordingly. Saki was a conscientious person/owner. Thank you.

Saki was extremely responsive to my calls during a very busy heat wave. He came out the next day exactly on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He communicated clearly regarding the cost of the repair before starting. This was my first time working with Saki and I will definitely be contacting him again for any heating or A/C work in the future!

Saki came out and was immediately respectful of our home, for example he put on shoe pads every time he entered the house. Once he examined and worked on both units, he agreed the older one was not performing as efficiently as it should. He determined both needed more refrigerant and that they should both be better. He made sure I was okay with the costs before he added what was needed (I later compared his price to the norm and he did charge us less than most estimates.) He also asked how we use the unit settings, telling me keeping it at 85 when not in use is fine but then don't turn it down to 76, take it down in stages to save the unit from undue stress. I was very happy with the work and we'll have him back to check on our heater in the late Fall.

Saki is the man; my home AC unit failed just 24 hours before an expected heat wave. Saki responded to me right away and explained the soonest he could get to me was Sunday morning @ 7:00. He was not working Sunday but made a point to get out to me.....and I'm not close to him by any means. He arrived 5 mins early and was able to diagnose the issue and repair the unit within 30 mins. We share a common goal of running my ac system into the ground and he'll be my go to guy and someone I'll look to refer to friends and neighbors.

Great! When we called Saki for the heating, we were experiencing a problem with it not functioning properly. He came out, started with the routine maintenance, and discovered that was all we needed. The sensors were dirty causing the system to malfunction. We appreciated the quality workmanship and his honesty.

Can't say enough about how much of a professional Saki is. He is always on time (if not a little early), is very cordial but then gets to work checking out my HVAC that is now 15-20 years old. He could easily have convinced me that I needed a new system, but instead suggested that I stick with it as long as it continues to provide ample heat and air conditioning. I would highly recommend Saki and have already done so with a family member.

It wasn't all that I thought it was. They came out within a few weeks. I thought it included a cleaning, and they didn't do it. He was a nice guy, it just wasn't what I expected. I would probably not use them again as it wasn't what I expected.
