One guy came out to do the work. He was very good. It took him about an hour to do. He was very friendly and respectful. He cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him to other neighbors. He is excellent.

Saki did a great job with our furnace, immediately identified a small problem with our wiring and got it working again for no extra charge. When Saki arrived, he said he was interviewing to become our furnace service provider, and he definitely got the job! Thanks, Saki!

He was a nice guy, but when he was working on my furnace he tried to scrape of a sticker from a previous company. That sticker was for a part they replaced. I can no longer read the date of the replacement for warranty purposes. A couple days later I noticed he placed his own sticker on my thermostat in the dining room. He never asked me if he could place that there. After the tune up he didn't check to make sure all the radiators were working and some are not.

Very professional. On time. Explained in detail the different functions of the unit, what to monitor, how to care for it, etc.

I purchased this deal and heard back from the provider within 24 hours. He was able to schedule the service two days after our call which was impressive. The technician arrived 15 minutes early! I was shocked. He was very polite and considerate. I have three dogs and was in the middle of cleaning - I had not touched the floors yet. He still put on booties to not add to the mess -- even though I said it was not necessary. Before he started the work on the first unit, he walked me through everything he was going to do. He took his time and did not try to talk "above my head". He asked if I had any questions throughout the discussion and when I did, he politely answered whatever the question was. My units are only a few years old so there was no additional maintenance needed - nor did he try to sell me on anything additional. He was extremely honest which I appreciated. I will definitely be using them again.

Saki arrived early and was very professional throughout the visit. He was very thorough with his work, labeled all my lines and showed me exactly what he did. I will definitely recommend his services and will use him again in the near future.

Saki was very professional. He walks you through his procedures and explains to you what needed to be fixed and how to best maintain the system until the next scheduled maintenance session. He was clean and respectful. A good find for anyone living in the city!

Saki was very knowledgeable and responsive. He explained the work he was going to perform and detailed his charges ahead of time. He took his time to inspect both systems (gas/hot water heater and mini-split AC system) and made sure that everything was working adequately. After he left, heat pump on individual mini-split units did not seem to be working. He came back to re-inspect a day later, at no extra charge, and diagnosed the problem as a computerized delay with the system. This is not a big problem, as the heat pump for the mini-splits works fine; it just takes several minutes for the fan in an individual unit to go on. Saki provided exceptional service.

I had no heat in two rooms on 2nd floor. Saki troubleshoot and determined the issue quickly. very professional, on time and explained all work done. He even labeled some things for me which is a great help! my house is so toasty warm now and I am very happy!! they also were flexible with my schedule. Will definitely use them again and also highly recommend to others!

Saki actually fixed a mistake I had made when opening up the furnace after a previous service company, Sila, had left the furnace door wedged closed by screws (a very stop-gap measure). When I went to check out the part Sila recommended me to get and install anew (they quoted me from $900-$1650, including service plans!), I opened the furnace door and could not get it to shut again. This caused the furnace to stop. I didn't even realize it. Saki put in a screw to keep it tight

I called at approximately 7 am. I was amazed that he actually answered at time in the morning. He was driving and pulled over and spoked too about the problem on hand. He set an appointment for 7 pm. He had an opportunity too come earlier. I was happy about that. Saki is very professional and courteous. He contacted me once he knew the price of the part and allowed me too say yah or nay for him too move forward with the installation.

I called SK on Thursday afternoon, 11/13, requesting service for a forced air heating unit that was loud and not heating. Saki made an appointment to come out the next afternoon and arrived not only on time but 15 minutes early. As noted by another customer, he put covers on his shoes before he came inside our home. He then very quickly diagnosed the issue and was reluctant to charge us because it only took a few minutes to diagnose and correct. I therefore asked him to clean the system (which it undoubtedloy needed). He only charged $60. Although the charge was a little more than the advertised special of $49 (for a 22-point furnace inspection and cleaning), I was very happy to pay that amount for the prompt and curteous service I had received. (Other vendors had quoted at least $119 just to come out and tell me the problem -- and woudl have charged an additional amount if the diagnoses took more than 20 minutes. Any repairs and parts would have been extra.) In addition, without additional charge, he took a look at a second unit that we have which sometimes gives us issues. (Of course, like a car will sometimes do when you take it to a mechanic, THAT unit worked perfectly while he was here.) Of course, we will definitely call him with any issues we have with that or our other unit in the future. I am very happy to have found SK Heating and A/C and wish Saki the best in his business. I will definitely call him in the future for our heating and air conditioning needs. Such a nice man!!

Everything runs ok. We have to see how the systems run throughout this winter to have a proper evaluation on their service.

Saki did a great job and I will definitely be using him again. First, he was very punctual. Once he arrived, he started out by outlining his business philosophy - which is essentially that he wants to be honest with me, he doesn't want to overcharge me, and he doesn't want to up-sell me, etc... From my experience thus far, he upheld all of those goals. He came to clean and check my furnace, but he also labeled everything, had a very organized system, and educated me about furnace upkeep and maintenance. I was very impressed with the care he took to not only provide the best service he could, but also to make sure I understood everything that he was doing and how best to maintain my furnace. In addition to all of this, it was also very affordable! Definitely would recommend him.

It went very well. Saki arrived on time. He explained the cleaning and inspection very clearly. He worked on the furnace, then gave a clear, coherent, and complete report on his inspection and cleaning of the furnace. He told me the furnace was in very good condition and operating well. He recognized that the setting for heating water was too high, explaining how this made the system less efficient. He changed that temperature to the correct setting. He left a card hanging near the furnace which gives a review of the inspection, giving a comprehensive report on the condition of the furnace, showing each of the items done, and a checklist for future inspections. I believe the cleaning and the adjustment of the water temperature has improved the operation and efficiency of my heating system. I was entirely pleased with this excellent service. Saki was polite, friendly, informative and able to answer my questions. His explanations were clear and understandable. His review was specific and helpful. He performed the work quickly and neatly. I am recommending him to friends and neighbors. I plan to use this service for furnace cleaning and/or repair in the future. I highly recommend SK heating and Air Conditioning.

Saki was absolutely wonderful. He showed up on time, within three hours of our call, even though we didn't expect service until next week. He was extremely friendly, neat, professional, efficient and thorough. His price of $49 for a 22-Point Winter Furnace Inspection and Cleaning is unbeatable. He took the time to explain not only what he was doing with our furnace, but also his business model and his goals as a service provider. There is no doubt in our minds that he is a reliable and knowledgeable professional. We will absolutely be referring him to friends and family for their heating and A/C needs. Awesome service. Will get this done again next year. SK Heating and Air Conditioning was on time, great with communcation, and even wore plastic boot covers in the house to make sure they didn't dirty anything. Once my furnace was tuned up/cleaned, I was given a break down of services performed, and all of the parts/pipes were clearly marked should I have any questions going forward. I will definitely use this provider again.

Saki was very polite and professional! He arrived exactly on time (actually a little before the scheduled time) and went right into great detail about his work and what he would be doing. He up front about everything and did not try to sell anything else to you, but he only wanted to do the job that was paid for. He used shoe covers to enter the upstairs and put labels on everything. Any questions I had, he answered honestly. The price and professional service was great so I have already recommended him to others and I will be using him again in the future. Saki came to the house the same day once I told him that the furnace wasn't working. He checked and cleaned the furnace. He made a point of adding a service log, so all information pertaining to the furnace is nearby. Once finished, he explained what he work he did. He patiently answered all my questions. He was honest, reliable and professional. The prices were beyond reasonable. I trust the work and I trust his company.

Saki was early for the Saturday morning appointment and called exactly 45 minutes before he would be here. He was extremely professional, passionate in fact, about his business and services. He took the time to explain exactly what he would do and although I didn't need anything major fixed, I definitely feel as though I got the value for my money in terms of peace of mind. He is very organized and left me with a service record to keep with the furnace, so that he would know the next time he provided service, or if anything were to go wrong. Not only will I use his heating service again, but would gladly recommend him to my family.

I had been using Superior Plus for years to clean and inspect my gas heater, but was becoming more and more dissatisfied with them. When they failed to even send me a contract renewal this year, I decided to look for someone new. I checked Angie's List and purchased a great deal that SK was offering for the same services. Saki came out, was right on time, very professional and thorough. He reassured me that my heater was in good shape but discovered two problems. My home has an old-fashioned radiator system which requires water to function properly. Saki found a very small leak on the furnace but said it was not necessary to repair it at this time. (He did give me a quote for the repair, though, which seemed reasonable.) The bigger problem was that my radiators were almost bone-dry. No water in the system means no heat! Saki helped me (at no extra charge) to drain & refill my system so that all of the radiators are now full. I noticed a difference in warmth right away! I am very pleased with the service I received and will definitely use this company again.

He was punctual, professional and informative. we are at the outer fringe of his service area so unfortunately we cannot use him again.

I purchased the Furnace Tune-up coupon through Angie's List. Saki arrived on the scheduled appointment time. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He told me about his business and explained that it was important to him to build good, trustworthy customer relationships. As he performed his services, he explained what he was doing and why. He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. Despite having an older furnace system, Saki did not try to sell me what I didn't need. I will definitely use him again and now consider myself a customer of his.
