I called and spoke with Saki and let him know that my heater had stopped working. He was able to actually arrive and check out the problem within an hour of me calling him and walked me through how my heater works and how he was going to test to see what the issue might be. He was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing and what ended up being wrong with the heater. He was then able to replace the part quickly and efficiently and I got my head back working in no time. Definitely someone I would recommend and would use again.

It was good. He was prompt and courteous. He did the job. I think I'll be doing it again next year. He gave me some ideas about maintaining my system and keeping it in optimum level. I'll be using him again next year. The price was reasonable. He has done a good service.

Saki came to do a 22-point furnace inspection and cleaning. He was very prompt at replying and setting up the service date. During the service, he provided very useful information about maintenance and operation of my heating system. Service was excellent and looking forward to using him for future work.

Saki is AMAZING! I had a furnace technician tell me that my furnace is broken, giving out too much carbon monoxide and needed replacement, which he quoted at $8000 to replace. I wanted a second opinion and called Saki because of a review on Angie's List that said Saki was able to repair their furnace when they were told it needed replacing. I called Saki on Friday and he was able to stop by that Monday. First Saki did a 22 point winter inspection and cleaning on 2 of our furnaces without any problems. Then I asked him to look at our main furnace that was no longer giving out any heat. I told him how another technician thought it wasn't repairable and needed to be replaced. Saki didn't have time to look at it right then because he had another appointment to go to. Bbut he did make time to come back that afternoon when he was free. I don't know what he did but my furnace now works. I purchased new carbon monoxide detectors and it has not gone off once. Before you replace your furnace, I would HIGHLY recommend calling Saki. He may be able to fix your furnace like he did ours and save you thousands of dollars. He was also very nice, professional and quick to respond.

I called during the evening of the 29th when I got home and realized the blower was not kicking on. Saki the proprietor, told me he had appointments until 11pm but could come first thing in the morning at 7am. He arrived promptly and was professional throughout the visit. He diagnosed the problem saying only an adjustment was required and no parts were needed. He explained in detail how my gas furnace worked and what he had to do. I appreciated his candor and the time he took to explain the issue. The $74 he charged was a fair price compared to what some will charge just to come out.

Excellent. I had been told by someone else that I would need to replace my furnaces soon, but SK confirmed that they were still alright and just needed to be properly maintained. Took the time to explain details about the system and answer questions. Very easy to work with. One thing that stood out to me is that he said he wasn't there to try to sell me something or ask me to buy more than I was looking for. He was very straightforward and didn't try to up-sell me at all (which is unfortunately seems very common). Definitely plan on using again.

I looked at the Angies list providers and deals and checked the other references. I chose SK heating because he appeared to be a one man show and not a large faceless company. I purchased a $49 deal for a service check and he called the same day or the next morning and confirmed an appointment. He showed up on time and wore booties in the basement. He was able to figure out what the issue was inform me of that and give me a price. It took less than an hour to get the heater up and running. I was hesitant since I had the heater checked several times before and was given the run around so I wanted to wait until I knew the issue was fixed before I wrote a review. I would and will use this provider again, that's for sure. When you find and honest contractor that charges a reasonable rate you keep him.

Tech was very professional, the quality of service and the price was perfect, couldn't have gotten better service even had we had to pay more money. He checked each and every one of our radiators in each room. We would definitely choose this service provider each year to do a yearly overhaul on our furnace. Thank you.

I found SK through Angie's List, and can honestly say that my yearly subscription fee was more than paid for with this one service! Saki was not only on time, he actually arrived early for the 10 AM appointment. He was very professional, friendly, and VERY knowledgeable. Within 20 minutes he found the problem with my heating unit and within a little more than a half hour, with a part he had in his truck, fixed my heater and I had heat again!! I would not hesitate to recommend SK to my friends and family and am very pleased with his work.

I knew when I spoke to him on the phone to set up the appointment, I would like him. He scheduled to come the next day. When Saki arrived, he was very professional. He introduced himself, shook my hand and explained what he was going to do. I asked for an inspection and cleaning of my heating system. At my request he also hooked up my common wire because I want to install a wifi thermostat. I also asked him to check the humidifier that was attached to my heater to make sure it was working. Like many of the reviewers I am a new homeowner. It is very reassuring to know that Saki is in the neighborhood. I am so glad that I went with a small business. He truly had a level of service that seems to fading from many service industries. He truly cares and his genuine approach to his business is very apparent. He did not try to sell me a new system even though I know much of what is in my house could be replaced. I very much looking forward to having him back in the spring to finally find the leak in my AC system!

He was friendly, straightforward, courteous. Did exactly what he said he would do. I called him the next day with a thermostat issue and he was very helpful. I would highly recommend him. I will be using him for the air conditioners this spring.

My furnace started banging, and I had two HVAC companies come out and both said I needed to replace my seven year old furnace. SK/Saki was the third company I called to look at it, but he was on vacation and I needed to wait four days until he returned. He offered to help me over the phone, I texted him photos, and he was pretty sure I didn't reed to replace it. Worse case he thought it'd be a motor replacement. My wife was on me to have one of the other guys replace it, but Saki was really helpful over the phone and I decided to hold out. We made an appointment for the morning he returned, he showed up on time, took a look at my furnace and pulled out a 10" piece of loose insulation that had gotten into the motor. He told me that fixed it, and sure enough no more banging, and no need to replace anything. He charged $54 to clean and service the furnace, and I had him do my second unit as well (dual system) for another $54. The second unit made a lot of noise (my wife calls it the tornado), and Saki flipped the intake grill which eliminated most of the noise. I highly recommend SK. I don't think the other guys were dishonest (one is one of the top rated on Angie's list) but they didn't look to solve the problem and offered the highest cost/margin service. Saki approaches repair and service like it's his home and wallet.

The service went great. The technician did a good job. We plan on having him back out to repair something he found while checking the furnace. We just moved in to our home and he made sure to label the different parts of the furnace so we knew what was what. He left a maintenance record so whoever comes back next time would know what has been done to the furnace. He did a very thorough job. They are a private owned business. I had no problem scheduling the service. It is just the one guy who run the business.

He provided lots of information about what he did. He was professional, prompt, thorough. I will for sure be calling him for my AC check up in a couple months.
