"Most systems I work on are pretty old and look their part. But that doesn't mean it needs to be replaced. I will NEVER suggest or recommend someone replace a system because of age and looks. If it works by design leave it alone. Just maintain it annually to keep it going. If efficiency is a problem than we can talk about options, which usually start with doing things that are outside of your systems functions, like insulating the home and replacing windows. That is for the opportunity!"
"I appreciate the opportunity. What was initially a cleaning inspection call turned out to be a "no cool" call. The homeowners system had a burned out fan motor and couple failing parts. So in turn the system wasn't cooling. After getting an approval from the homeowner I proceeded to fix the issue and in no time they had air conditioning again. Thanks for the opportunity to interview to be you heating and air conditioning company of choice"
"Nice guy! He called because he always notices condensation dripping from the drain. One day he didn't see any as he should have, he called me and I inspected the system and it came to be that everything was fine. I could have said "oh, well, it's this or that" but that's not be honest and not "doing right by the customer" enjoy your summer and I appreciate the opportunity!"
"Very nice guy. I appreciate the opportunity to service multiple properties. Unfortunately there have been minor issues through out the summer which were easy fixes (loose wire for example) at that point what can you charge for something like that? Some companies charge hundreds, I told him to "name his price" I felt bad charging anything. Great family, see you in the fall for winter cleaning!"
"I'm sorry I didn't meet your timing needs. I told the gentleman multiple times that I didn't have time to fulfill his request but made time for him. I did send him an estimate, but after he called to say he didn't receive it I noticed my internet was down in my home and the estimate was stuck in my outbox. My apologies. I hope you received a quote you are satisfied with and I appreciate the opportunity. Enjoy your summer!"
"Thank you for the opportunity. Remember to use the referral card to get your next cleaning for $25!! Enjoy your summer..... Below this review I noticed a client of mine listed a job I did for him for $800. That's early a typo. If someone is charging you that much for the job..... Run!"
"I have a busy schedule and work late nights and weekends. Leave a message if you don't get a hold of me and I'll schedule you ASAP."
"This gentleman was great to work with, 30+ year old unit! You herd me right. And still kicking good, just needed a cleaning and a charge of coolant. I can't stress enough how important it is to get a system cleaned and inspected twice a year. Once for heat, once for A/C. This guy called whe his system didn't work and more and he thought he was going to get someone who was going to tell him to replace it. Well, I'm the kind of guy, if it works.... Leave it! His system was working great when I got done with it."
"Thank you for the opportunity. Unit hasn't been serviced in years and he was noticing that the systems air flow got weak every few days. So he would turn it off and turn it on a day later and repeat the process... For years. Turns out he had a problem, multiple problems. Now his system works great and he doesn't have to worry about shutting it down every few days. (Oh and by the way, I don't charge $95 per pound of coolant) see you in the fall for your heat cleaning!"
"I appreciate the opportunity! Remember to use your referral card and get your next cleaning for $25"
"Educating the homeowner is a big part of what I do. The more you know about your system and how it works, the better you can understand what I'm doing and how your comfort is satisfied. I appreciate the opportunity to educate you and service your system."
"Thank you for the opportunity! Another new construction home that was quickly put together and homeowner though he needed to get a bigger system because it wasn't working on the upper floors. A good cleaning was all it took to make sure the system worked right but there are some shoddy duct work work that was eating up the velocity of the air and it wasn't making it to the upper floors. Enjoy your summer and thanks again for the opportunity to interview to be your heating and air conditioning company of choice"
"Pleasure to service you system and the opportunity to interview to be you heating and cooling company of choice. Thanks again and I look forward to the next season"
"Thank you for the opportunity for trusting your fragile system in my hands. When installed many years ago the indoor coils were incased where nobody could inspect the coils and clean. After servicing the system the first time I noticed that her filter wasn't installed correctly and informed the homeowner that her coils inside the home could be blanketed with cat hair and dust, if her problem persisted we would have to tear into the incased box to exposed the coils. Low and behold we had to. After never mbeing maintenances in 20+ years what I found in the system was really messing with the units heating and cooling. Make a long story short, everything is working by design now and no more sleeping in hot temps for this homeowner."
"Pleasant individual to work with. I appreciate the opportunity, see you in the fall (already scheduled) for heater cleaning/inspection"
"Very nice couple, and I didn't do you a favor by coming so fast and solving the issue. You did me a favor by giving me the opportunity to interview to be that "heating and air conditioning guy" you need. This call was complex extremely old system that needed coolant. But the heart (compressor) was really strong. Newlyweds in a new home. The last thing they wanted to here was "you need a new system" spending $200 to get it up and running vs spending thousands now was a decision I left up to them (and always do) if the compressor works good and the components that make the system are the only thin that need attention, then holding on to the current system and prolonging the systems life was the smart move. If efficiency was an issue then we would have a "replacement" talk."
"I appreciate the opportunity! Very nice couple. At this couple new home purchase they had electric baseboards and no central air conditioning. The price charged included ductwork, new air conditioning and a high efficiency gas furnace. Typically a job like that would cost 15k+ by any other company. Have a great summer and I look forward to a lasting relationship."
"Thank you for the opportunity and enjoy the rest of your summer! Remember to use your referral car to get you next cleaning for $25!"
"Very nice guy! Through cancellations and getting jobs done sooner than expected I can usually squeeze somebody in. My phone number is my personal phone, so if you text me, email me or call I'll get it. If I'm not busy at the moment, I answer it as well."
"I'm glad to hear that all the water in your basement didn't come from your hvac system, hope your water issues are resolved soon. I got held up in a traffic that was caused by and accident and construction. I admit, I was 20 min late. That was clearly out of my hands and I apologize, hopefully I can make it up to you next time. Enjoy your summer!"
"Awesome couple. Very eager to learn about the system. I appreciate the opportunity and kind words. See you in the fall!"
"Thank you for the repeat business! A continued relationship is what happens when I achieve my goal... Meeting the homeowners expectations! Thanks again"
"Very nice guy. I always try to answer every call, sometimes I can sometimes I can't. LEAVE A MESSAGE! I will call back ASAP. I can always squeeze a call in or work into the night. I'm glad there wasn't more of an issue with the system. Thanks for the opportunity!"
"Thank you for the opportunity."
