Saki was extremely professional and detailed in his work. He goes above and beyond in explaining what to monitor with regards to the system and what each valve on the boiler does. He's very knowledgeable and courteous, and was right on time. I found him on Angie's list last year, used him again this year for annual maintenance, and both times he was great. I would recommend his work to anyone.

Service was phenominal! Saki were here 10 minutes early, which was wonderful becasuse most places are usually hours late. He walked me through everything he was going to do to the furnace so I had no surprises. He even labled items so that my husband and I would know how to turn thigns on an off if we have ran into a problem. We walked through each room in the house to make sure every radiator was heating well and it is the best our system has ever worked. I noticed a change in heat in a matter of minutes vs the hours it use to take to get a room heated in this house. Also, we had a different company out here two weeks ago through our home warranty service and they told us it would cost $500 to service and clean our furnace, and we said absolutely not and called SK heating&ac. His price was $400 cheaper then we would have paid, which we are so thankful for! I also mentioned we had issues with our water pipes freezing last winter and he took the time to tell me how to fix the issue and what products to buy at home depot so we could fix it for much cheaper. I would highly recommend SK heating&ac and will definitely be calling them again for their service!!

Saki was very professional, punctual, and efficient. He thought it might take a while but was done in no time. He explained what he did in detail along with a written list of all the work performed. In addition he was very helpful in explaining the homeowner's perspective on having a radiator system as it's a new home for me and I've never had radiators before. A great guy and professional service. I would call him again for future needs.

The overall experience was great. Not only did I have my heater serviced for the winter, but I learned a lesson on how everything works & what to look out for. I will definitely be using SK Heating & Air Conditioning Again, and will recommend their services to friends & family.

He was very professional in fact came earlier than first scheduled. Diagnosed and fixed heating issued very efficiently Will call him back next week to set up appointment to bleed radiators. And will set up yearly check up for heater with this company.

SK did a great job, he was on time and spent time making sure he went over everything he was going to do. Afterwards we did a review to make sure I was satisfied with the work. In addition I was having problems with the furnace clicking on and then within a few seconds shutting down. He located the problem and showed me what the problem was and how the system worked and why the problem caused the furnace to shut off. I have several companies come into do maintenance on my HVAC system and they always spend more time pushing their maintenance package then going over the system. SK was more interested in making sure I was happy with the work then in anything else. I was so pleased I booked him for my spring maintenance inspection for the air conditioner.

The work went well and he explained everything he was doing while he was doing it.

He was on time. The A/C fan was blowing but no cold air was coming out. He tried changing the capacitator and then tried the voltage regulator. It turned out to be the compressor. We had the coupon for an inspection for 49 dollars. He did check the heater. We asked if he could replace the AC. He said he was going away for a month.We asked If he had a partner and he said no. We wish he would have told us that when we first called, that he would not be available for a month.

He showed up exactly when he said he would, none of the usual "I'll be there sometime between 8-12" nonsense. Everything that was going to be done was explained beforehand and he went over the things he found once he was done. The whole process was quick and painless.

AC system was inspected and cleaned. AC operation and current performance were explained. He gave me pointers on what type of air filter to use because I was having trouble with failing filters. Overall, he did an excellent job and I plan to give him a call in the fall to service my heating system too.

He sold us freon at $100.00/lb I think I expected something different than what they provide - we need a new A/C and so that is what we will do.

Two men arrived and told us our heater which is very old, was in good shape. They thoroughly cleaned it, and gave us some tips on how to save money on our heating bill this winter. (We don't have enough $ to insulate the house the way they told us to.) They did a fabulous job and only charged us $60.00! Can't beat that price! The heater has run smoothly all winter. We would definitely recommend them to anyone else for this service.

SK Heating and Air Conditioning was available earlier than my appointment so he called to see if an earlier time would be OK for me. Since I was staying home from work to meet up with him, it was welcome news. Usually you have to wait for contractors to show up in a window. He was early! He was polite, courteous, and professional. He explained his process as he went along and was happy to answer any questions. My unit ended up being OK so he only charged me for the quick trip. He could have charged me for things I didn't need but he was honest and transparent. I was thrilled with his visit and would recommend him highly to any neighbors in Philadelphia.

Saki is a solid professional and has met my expectations in all of our interactions. You will get him doing your repairs and no one else - I felt better about this than other HVAC companies I have used in the past which I know have swindled me to look good. I first had him out to check both of the systems in my house and one system in my rental. On time, checked everything out, and got the electrical system parts up to par. Reasonable prices on that trip. On another occasion, our one system was not working - I called Saki on a Sunday, got a response that day and he was out on Monday to fix the issue. I know that the price for the part was low on this occasion, but I was OK with paying based on the fact that you are getting good service, responsiveness, the institutional knowledge and professional diagnostics. Saki again visited a day ago (next day service again) and fixed a minor issue after I had tried to fix the issue myself to no avail. I have had nightmare contractor issues in the past, and I have no problem calling Saki right away if there is an issue I am not comfortable handling. Also, if you are in the spring garden/fairmount area, he is local to that area so it works out well logistics wise and to help a local business.

Sika was punctual and very friendly when he came for the estimate. The only issue that I had was that he never got back to me with the estimate. I waited 10 days to contact him and his response was that he was extremely busy. At this time of the year I can understand that, but he offered to have my quote within 3-4 days.

Quick to respond and very professional. Took care of my problem immediately. Highly recommend.

Arrived on Time, Checked T-State, Cleaned coils inside unit and outside unit, recommended to use basic filter and not the expensive one for my unit as it would be unnecessary for my unit, Added Approx 2.5 lbs R22 for $95/lb, Provided some basic knowledge of system and what care should be given to unit.
