+ -1 moreExcellent response. Quick and punctual service. The job was difficult but he did a very good job. He even said that he will not be satisfied until we were satisfied. So, he addressed a couple of concerns and fixed them with no additional cost. Definitely, we will use this service again.

I cannot say enough good things about this experience. the guy should be teaching the construction trades. he gave me all the information - good, bad and unknown - right up front. his crew was polite and clean. all the prep to minimize dust was executed perfectly. do people really fill this white square, Angie?
Description of Work: all the floors in my house. (This is the second time I am having to type all this. your application sucks!) sand, repair, finish, buff. a transformation in every room.

+ -1 moreGreat! The owner arrived a little late for the estimate but not for the service (my block is often a challenge to find). His estimate was easy to understand with no hidden cost. Best of all there was no pressure to get work done or more work. Most communications were by email and they were informative with a positive tone. The first day of sanding and repairing was clean. When the project was complete still the remainder of the house is clean. Now for the tricky parts of my floors---they are not white or red oak. The guys at Oak Heart Floors went above and beyond to mix stains so the replaced boards truly matched the 1924 floor.
Description of Work: My entire first floor is WOW! Sanded and polyurethane right into the closet. First they replaced the boards under both radiators and at the threshold of both doors.
