Unreliable and unprofessional service Confirmed date and time of move with them 3 times. Even the night before - we have texts to prove this. On the day of the move, 1 hour before the move they called to delay by 6 hours! When we called back a little later to see what else they could do - perhaps hire another trucking company to help us move in time, they said other companies are too expensive. We then asked them to guarantee whether they could certainly come at the later time - but yet there was no guarantee! On asking if there is anything other they can do and they simply said sorry we can't help you and hung up. But lucky for us Jaco Movers were not only available on short notice but were also so professional.
