I am extremely pleased with this company. Both times they have serviced my refrigerator have been for issues covered under warranty so I cannot comment regarding their pricing, but should I have any other appliance issues that should arise, BCS would be my first call.

BCS provided an approx. 3 hour window of arrival for our initial assessment, but showed up about 15 minutes late (did not call and let us know they were running behind). We had another contractor scheduled to come for a different issue, so because BCS showed up late, we had to juggle two contractors at the same time. The BCS repair staff was courteous, found the issue, and left within 30-45 minutes (labor = $84.75). We were told the part would arrive & BCS would call us within a week to schedule the repair, but when I didn't hear anything after 2 weeks, I called them. I was told they misplaced our paperwork and never ordered our part. After expressing my frustration (and them apologizing), BCS ordered the part & came out to install 3 days later. Second bill for the main board replacement + approx. 30-45 mins of additional labor = $210.30. We may use BCS again in the future, but would probably look around at other companies first to compare pricing & reviews.

This is the second time we have used them, the cost was very high and the knowledge low...

+ labor chargesReplaced a drain pump on dishwasher apprx. 8 months ago for $183. Then, came today & spent approximately half hour to 45 min. to inform us the motor needed replaced charging $80 for this info!! Also informs us the new motor would cost $250 + Labor. Not worth it so off to purchase a new machine. $80/hr. labor seems quite steep to me.

I highly recommend this company for appliance repairs. The gentleman who came out to my house (Harry) was super nice. He called me prior to the time of his arrival to let me know that he was going to be later than we scheduled. After we spoke we started to get a lot of snow. I called him to make sure he was still okay to come out to fix my dryer. The roads had become coated but, thankfully, Harry was still able to come out and fix my problem dryer (sounded like a freight train in my house) very quickly and efficiently. He even noticed a problem that another repairman had made with the heating unit not being installed correctly and fixed that while he was in there. (My hero for my electric bill!) The best part is that Harry only lived a short way from my house so I didn't have to worry about him travelling too far to get home. THANKS BCS!!! PS: Harry should get a raise, he's a keeper!

BCS was very professional throughout the repair. On both occasions, the technician arrived when they said they would (they gave a 3-hour window and he arrived in the early part of it), promptly checked the problem, gave a precise estimate, followed through exactly as they said they would and fixed the problem. I would definitely use this company again for appliance repair. Technicians were courteous, competent and timely. I believe that the charges were fair as well.

I have been getting black flecks of dirt on my dishes after running the dishwasher. There is no filter to clean, but I noted black slime under the cover of the sump (where the water lays in the bottom of the dishwasher) and removed the cover. I cleaned up what I could from the cover and the sump area, but felt the need for a technician to check what else might need done, and to check inside the sump. I called the manufacturer on 7/25, who couldn't send someone out until 8/1 at the earliest. When I said I would be out of town on that date, the next option they gave me was 8/6! I called BSC Appliance, who serviced my refrigerator last year, and they would have been able to come out the next day! I scheduled them for two days after my call; they gave me a window of 11-2 and the technician arrived at 11:40. The technician explained the work he was doing and appeared to have no problem with me asking questions. (I was present throughout the process.) He scrubbed out the sump opening and vacuumed the dirty water and gunk that was kicked up. He did need me to provide a scrubber and vinegar for the cleaning. As mentioned above, he also removed and cleaned the upper sprayer arm, which was full of black slimy gunk as well (where did this stuff come from?!). Again, I provided a cleaning tool for this job, The technician removed a piece above the sump in the back interior of the dishwasher to check for dirt, and the minor amount of residue was cleaned. He also checked the steam vent in the door and the lower sprayer arm; these two had no grime in them. He offered me a dishwasher cleaner, which came in a 6 pack, to prevent further problems.

The unit fell within specs but doesn't get as cold as I would like it.... The Repairmen was professional and explained what he looking for as he proceeded to check the unit out.....after purchasing a fridge thermometer and checking the temps it does what it is supposed to..... only option is to buy a different fridge or pay to modify this one...... I hate when I have to pay for my own stupidity......

Excellent. Knowledgeable, honest, professional. Will use them again, if I need service. Plan to buy from them as well.

They did an excellent job repairing my dryer. They provide excellent customer service and their prices are reasonable.
