Nice job by Todd and Kim. Deck was power washed, sanded and stained - very satisfied with results. Also a new privacy fence was lightly power washed and stained - again very satisfied with results. There were no issues at all. My wife was concerned about plants along the fence and deck, but they took great care to protect them all. I will definitely call Todd for future needs.

Great job from really nice people. The deck was in sad shape after years of no cleaning and waterproofing just added to the dirt to save the wood. Todd and Kim power washed, sanded down to the wood and reapplied stain leaving the whole porch looking great. Always on time, came when they said they would with uninterrupted service until the job was done. Highly recommended.

Todd is very reliable - has been working for a friend of mine for years so I contacted him when I moved into the area. He is wonderful at all those little handyman tasks that I am not able to do. Installed shower head, installed doorbell, hung pictures, created access panel in garage to plumbing.

We diagreed on the definition of clean on a concrete carport. He had left the project to buy a new hose and was unwilling to return to address my concerns until the next day. The next day was too late since a sealant was being applied. Todd decided that the job was not worth his time and decided not to continue on the project which was the deck cleaning.

It was great working with Todd. Extremely reasonable on pricing, great work all around, and a very enjoyable person to work with. I will recommend and/or call for future jobs.

Todd and his assistant Kim were very courteous, conscientious and hard working. They worked slowly and precisely and ended up with a wonderful product.
