+ 0 moreI had got one of Angies List deals for one fan installation and called him prior to get a second one done too. Said he would be their at 8:00 and was right on the money. Did the work fine finished up cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended and will be using him for another project in the very near future

+ -1 moreMark installed a bathroom faucet, insulation repairs, outdoor water line repair and a door with a broken mullion (which was difficult to match) but you cannot tell that it was repaired. His work is excellent. He has been in the business for over 20 years and it shows. He came on time and went right to work. I will use him the future.

+ -1 moreExcellent. Mark is first class. I called him on a Saturday morning, and he arrived within the hour. A GFI switch in the garage, was tripping and I was unsure what was causing the problem. Mark identified the problem and replaced the switches. Everything works perfectly.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced GFI switch and outdoor receptacle.

Description of Work: We had some issues with the lights dimming when power was drawn from another source and were concerned if it would be a safety issue. He tested the circuit and reassured us it wasn't, but would just be more of an annoyance.

+ -1 moreMark was able to pinpoint my problem quickly, found the solution and then returned to complete the work as soon as the part arrived.
Description of Work: The heater on my lap pool stopped working. I called Mark and he came out the same day to try to fix it. there was a problem with one of the internal failsafe switches that kept it from coming on. He called the manufacturer of the heater unit and the pool manufacturer and obtained some advise and was able to pinpoint the problem while on the phone and ordered the part at the same time. He returned a few days later and installed the part when I received it from the pool company.

Description of Work: I have used Mark a few times in the past for minor carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, and he has always been very responsive and provided quality service. In my latest experience, I had a small drip from an upstairs bathroom that finally caused the ceiling tile on the first floor to collapse and expose the leak. I determined that the leak was coming from within a wall on the 2nd floor and was beyond my capabilities to diagnose or repair. I called Mark in Friday morning, explained the situation, told him that it was not an emergency because the drip was very slow and I had a bucket under the leak. He came over that afternoon, removed a wall cabinet to expose the wet drywall, removed it and immediately determined that the water supply line was leaking due to a nail that had been driven through the pipe 3 years ago when the room had been remodeled. The nail had finally rusted enough to start the small drip. To make a long story short, he removed the baseboard and toilet on the other side of the wall, cut out the section of water line with the nail, and replaced it. He is coming back today to repair the drywall and replace the toilet and baseboard (after letting the wall interior dry over the weekend) Mark is friendly, responsive and reasonable and I will continue to use him.
