Extreme Housecleaning

Good experience. We are hiring them for regular cleaning.

This was the first time I used Extreme Housecleaning and I was extremely pleased from Heidi's interview to Rae and Michael's cleaning. Heidi understood the urgency and reacted quickly. The cleaning was done efficiently and completely. Rae and Michael passed the white glove test.

Great customer service. Took 2 hours to clean my small upstairs which is only 2 small bedrooms and a bathroom, but was left spotless...however the larger space of my kitchen and living room and space where I had the construction did not appear to have as much detail put in as did the upstairs. My kitchen floor was not cleaned nor was the outside of refrigerator. Also I had thought the post construction area would have had the floors mopped. But again the customer service was amazing. I would hire this company again and would just make sure I communicated better, my wants.

Heidi came out to give my wife and I an estimate on her cleaning services and we decided to hire her right away! This was a birthday present from my daughter and so far so good; had first house cleaning 11/16 and we are very pleased.

They were fabulous. Heidi could not have been more helpful to get our house ready for resale last minute. She was flexible and trusted me to pay her for a job she had not even seen. Great people! Highly recommend.

The two person cleaning crew (Heidi and Mike) was on time, did excellent work. In fact, they did more than I expected. I have been unable to do much cleaning due to debilitating arthritis and have been very unhappy with the state of my apartment. Now it looks wonderful; I am so pleased with the job that Heidi and Mike did that I plan to use them on a monthly basis, more if necessary. I recommended them to a neighbor who has hired them.

I went through my house with a fine tooth comb. Every room in my house was sparkling. Heidi did a wonderful job! I'm keeping her!

They are flexible and do an excellent job.

Provided cleaning services prior to our moving into a house. Extremely professional and courteous.

Asked them to clean a house after we moved out, to get it ready for sale. The house was EMPTY, and they did not do a good job cleaning it. For what they charged, an empty house should have been immaculate. She didn't even have to vacuum because we already had the carpets steam cleaned.

The first cleaning was a deep clean and the girls did a great job.
