+ -1 moreWhen I called him back he said not to worry he will "tKe care of it" once he came and got the receipt now is wiggling his way out of contract. I have no choice now but to sue him. On top of all this I find that this "minister and his minister wife" charge customers for supplies but 1- won't even tell you what supplies. Scam 2- won't show receipts for the supplies (where does he come up with the charge?) 3- what supplies are bought he steals the balance.... Eg could have spent $6 for precut wood to repair a step instead bought a 6 foot piece of Lumber and TOOK the rest of it home. That's stealing So as consulting with lawyer regarding reimbursement, now I'm told we have to file criminal charges too! I have all documents to prove all I have stated
Description of Work: Ruined brand new toilet during installation. When toilet starts backing up, though he guarantees work, have signed contract, says too busy call someone else. When professional plumber comes, shows me how he ruined the toilet, used silicone instead of wax ring, glues discs under so toilet can't be reinstalled. All had to be undone and redone with another new toilet costing me almost $800 MORE
