I SPOKE TO ARMSTRONG 3 OR 4 TIMES TRYING TO SET AN APPOINTMENT TO VIEW THE CLEANING AND STAINING DECK PROJECT. TWO APPOINTMENTS WERE SCHEDULED AND THEY DID NOT KEEP EITHER APPOINTMENT. THERE NO CALL BACKS EITHER.

Everything was great from beginning to end. Talk to Sarah on the phone who was very helpful and nice from office. I liked that we dealt with Manas from start to finish. He sells the job and is there doing the work the whole way thru the job. All my guestions were answered with no grumbling. All employees were polite and worked hard. Clean up was immaculate. Could not have ask for better price or job.

They knew what to do, and did it efficiently.

They did a wonderful job. They were here when they said they were going to be. Sarah, the girl at the office that you talk to a lot about things, was more than helpful. She took the answer for you for anything you needed to be found out. Everything was perfect. If I did not like something or if I had a question, he altered it to what I wanted. He did whatever I wanted. Everything is expensive, but we called around in a lot of places, and I think we got a lot for our money.

The overall experience with them was good. We've had some problems and they had to come back. They've been out several times looking at it and they had to come back and fix our gutters. Part of the time they didn't have a full crew, so it took longer than expected.

The team was extremely courteous which I liked. I've had them back already to correct the gutter on the front of the house and I may have to ask them to come back and look at the gutter on the back of the house. The roof seem fine. They did admit that made an error with the gutter in the front. There was also a little bit of debris left in the front yard. When I called about the gutter in the front they were responsive and did take care of it quickly. There was a little bit of damage done to the siding on the house and they did come out and patch that but I thought they would replace the siding, so I was not crazy about that. They did take care of it but maybe not in the best way. They also did a patch job where the electrician had left a hole which I thought was nice. The guys who came out were exceptionally polite and in general did a great job. The roof seems to be perfect.

IN SEPTEMBER WHEN I WAS CALLING FOR ESTIMATES TO REPLACE MY ROOF ARMSTRONG WAS THE FIRST TO CALL BACK. SARAH WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE . I MADE APPT. FOR A FRIDAY MORNING BUT JOE WAS A NO SHOW, NEVER CALLED . ANGIE LIST ALSO SHOWED ARMSTRONG DID WORK IN MY AREA .

I walked over to a neighbors house to inquire with the roofers doing work there if they would come over and give me an estimate on my small front porch roof needing re-shingled. An employee of the company, Maras, came over the same afternoon and inspected the roof and gave me a price. I thought about it and decided to consider doing it myself based on the cost. Maras stopped by the next day and informed me they could do the job for a little less being that they were in the area. I agreed to the proposal and they scheduled the work to be done within the next several days. They showed up on Thursday morning, tore the old shingles off, and had the new paper and shingles on within 4 hours. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up the debris neatly and promptly. Maras is an asset to this company and a very nice young man. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future.

Due to hail storm on July 4th, 2012, roof was badly damaged. Found Armstrong on Angie's List, called one evening and we scheduled appt. for July 23rd for estimate. Was prompt and extremely friendly. Stated due to heavy business from hail storm, would be able to complete my roof August 30-31st. Ahead of schedule and called on Aug. 15th to see if they could come early. Completed room in 1 1/2 days!! No trash or debris left behind. Looks beautiful and a job well done. Extremely professional and would highly recommend.

I want to say alot about them, first I had called about 6 companies, 2 showed up and their prices were a little too high. 3 companies never returned my calls. Roger with Armstrong not only had a live person answer my call but he showed up the very next day to give me an estimate. The price was very reasonable. I gave them the job. They showed up exactly when I needed them to do my roof, the workers were very polite and the job was done quickly and very professional, everyday when I came home from work my yard was always cleaned up from the days work. I would highly recommend them to anyone, great company, good work, very pleased.

After a terrible snow year with hanging ice from gutters that were pulled away from the wood I decided to price the repair of the gutters. And, after several pricing quotes most of the quotes stated that the roof was very weak from aging plywood. Armstrong gave us a very good quote, (to install a new roof) scheduled a date, and explained the work in detail.They came, took the old shingle off, added new wood overlayment and installed new paper and shingles. I figured it would take 3 days but the crew had the roof repaired and reinstalled incuding my two skylights in two days as well as clean-up and repair of the gutters and downspouts which they included at no additional cost. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. I even requested that they slightly move the skylights after they were installed and they gave me absolutely no trouble to re-do that work which I appreciated. These guys were great!

Very impressed with the entire job from start to finish. All the employees were very knowledgable when it came to their jobs and their performance.

estimate was given and agreed upon. On going communication before and while the project of replacing the roof was excellent. Even after the project was done and we found a few minor issures that needed to be resolved. Armstrong was available for discussion, unlike other contractors that keep you waiting. Roof was completed and all was done using top quality supplies. I would recommend Armstrong.

They did excellent work. I would rate them high overall.
