Men was always on time & courteous. kept to themselves & so did i took one week to complete. Very nice job but i called them about some finishing work I was not happy with They have to come back and redo that.

Crew removed old shingles and installed sheeting and shingles in one day. Very efficient and proffesional. Completely satisified.

From the initial phone call to cleanup, the entire business group were very professional, prompt, worked hard and efficient and responsive to any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend this company and we are considering using them for future work.

The crew installed a new roof and shutters. They were professional and courteous. The job was complete and done very well. The materials used were excellent grade. The underlayment and shingles were one of the best used in the roofing industry. I had eight estimates from roofing companies and they were in the middle for price but well worth it. The estimator, Bill, was punctual and very thorough with explaining the cost and materials to be used. The job was done in two and a half days. I am very pleased with the roof and would highly recommend Armstrong Home Improvements. The price was the same after the job was complete. I discovered through much research that many roofing companies will give someone a low estimate and then when the job is done they tack on hundreds of dollars more by saying there was a lot of rotted wood and other things needed done. This company is honest and I wish they did interior work. If you want quality work with excellent materials and professional staff, then Armstrong is the company for you.

This company (Armstrong Home Improvements LLC) receives our very highest recommendation. They put a new roof on our house. They were a delight to deal with from start to finish. Roger arrived promptly to view and measure the roof, and gave us a written estimate right away (an estimate which was several thousand dollars below one from another company), and a reasonable anticipated date. He came at a time convenient to us to get the signed contract, and asked for no money up front. Sarah in the front office was pleasant and knowledgeable. As it happened, Armstrong Home Improvements had a cancellation and fitted us into their schedule just over a week after we signed the contract. The work was done within two days by an extremely polite and hard-working team of six. Everything was well thought out (they even had a large magnet on wheels to pick up nails before they went home), there was no mess and very little disruption. The new roof looks beautiful, and they were careful to work around our solar panels. The whole experience was perfect, and we would not hesitate to hire them again and to refer friends to them.

This transaction went better than I could have ever hoped for. Every person I spoke to along the way went out of their way to accommodate us. The price was very good and everyone was professional. When I started the process I assumed I would have to change my life and work around them until the repair was done. It turned out to be the opposite. I never had to leave work early or miss any work during the repair. The quality of work is perfect and the property was spotless during the entire repair. I can't recommend them enough!.

The work went very well overall. The work was completed within in the time frame given. The only issue is for the living room, it was not completed as the bathroom was. The bathroom skylight that was replaced had a piece of plywood put in and then the roof on top of that. The living room does not have the plywood and I can see the roof. I feel this is mostly due to the inclement weather and they were trying to finish before it rained. All other work was done well and no trash was left behind. I would definitely use this provider again and recommend others as well,

All of the work was completed without any issues. They were very professional and clean. I did not have to point anything out that they did not already have under control. Excellent job and I would highly recommend them for any roofing work. I am already getting estimates for additional work by Armstrong.

What a good experience this was! From the first contact with Sarah to the initial meeting with Roger (the owners), this was a very positive experience. The crew that came in to do the work was wonderful - professional and friendly. It was obvious Dan, the lead man, knew and loved his work. The quality of work is excellent - and they were careful about cleaning up. Thanks!

I found them on Angie's List. The work they did was exceptional. Once I got them here, and they actually started the work, it was great. Trying to get in touch with them, and getting them to show up for the initial consultation, and to give me a quote was a nightmare. They were terrible at that. Once I had them commit to the job, and start on it, it was done in a weekend, and they did an awesome job.

After waiting about 2 weeks for a call back, I finally got an appointment for the Project Manager to come to my home. The PM was very polite/professional and took many measurements and asked many questions (which was better than the other 10 contractors I had out previously). The PM said he was going to check with the owner/builder to ensure that my job, a home addition, was within their scope. It has been months now and I have never received a call back or estimate. Even if the job was out of the scope of their abilities, I still should have received a call/email back advising me of such. It is just outright unprofessional and rude to never contact back a potential client. It is a shame too, I thought they were promising. I am still in search of someone who will do follow up; I will not beg a contractor to do the work while handing over 100k+ of my money.

I feel that a company should stand by what they say they are going to do. I as a consumer should not need to call and check on the reasons why I have not received an estimate. Things started off going well, but in the end, the lack of communication killed the deal.

I called again to ask if the company wished to provide an estimate, leaving that message. Some days later I got a message that my message was too garbled to understand==this form a landline phone. I wish people would just admit they do not want to do the job.

The project was done efficiently and they were very polite. They got out of their trucks, set immediately to work, and within 15 minutes were already tearing the porch down. It took no time at all for the completion and the clean up was all completed in a timely manner.

Received an estimate shortly after we called. Estimate was reasonable and they were to start in 3 weeks. Actually showed up 2 weeks ahead of schedule due to a cancellation. Performed work promptly, professionally and with quality. They replaced all rotted roof boards, shingled, and cleaned thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Arrived within scheduled timeframe Completed job on schedule. Actually one day less. Provide discount when discovered that underlying wood sheathing would not be required. Removed old slate and materials, and cleaned up all debris. Crew was professionals and curious. Project supervisor, Manas, is very knowledgeable, and proactively worked with us to keep job moving, making arrangements for permits, and wasp removal. Good quality job, very easy to working with, price was favorable to other bidding contractors.

They returned call for an estimate the same day. Met with Manaus the next day to get an estimate for the work. Since we were having a pool installed I did not get a date for starting as the other work needed to be completed before they could start. Once I called to give completion date for this work I was given a start date. They showed on time and completed the work in the time frame given to me.

Contact was made and Roger Brant (owner), he came and reviewed what needed be done and provided an estimate. He was extremeley knowledgeable and his reccommendations were very helpful without being pushy. The job involved installing seamless gutters on a huge barn. As follow up was made to coordinate the job, both him and his wife, who handled the phone contacts, were extremely courteous and professional. Even though the company was booked out to do other jobs ahead of ours, the work was done in a very timely manner. We were impressed with the care and concern that Mr. Brant and his wife showed in making sure we were satisfied. We would reccommend Armstong Home Improvements to anyone.

The damaged roof began to leak, They responded by coming out and putting a tarp over the leak. A few days later, they called to let me know, they would begin work the next day. They arrived and began to remove the damaged roof. Came early and worked until the first phase was completed. That afternoon, the shingles were delivered. The next day, they arrived early, finished the roof and cleaned up everything. I was very pleased with the work that was done. ____________Excellent job___________. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof. As a matter of fact, I have already passed their information to a friend.

Have not made final decision yet, but out of the set of five contractors, they are one of the final two contractors I am still considering.They have been in my dealings with them very responsive and professional.

They got up on the roof. No ground measurements. "Good Wood" on the roof, confirmed by a seasoned project manager who paced the entire roof. No pressure - I always felt it was up to me .They were open to reasonable suggestions on contract language. They began the work up on the day they said they would. With a professional crew and the project manger who knew how to work the crew. They completed the job in the tie frame they told me. They cleaned the work site up. The finished project was not only functional but beautiful. The project manager engineered a more streamline gutters solution to the 33 year old system and it was a much welcomed improvement. The finishes on the project make me feel as if they were working on their own home. I would hired them again. I am completely satisfied....and them some.

They came out to the house and they were too expensive. They were fine, the guy that came out was very nice. He was very nice and explanatory about it but no options to not get the expensive stuff.
