Description of Work: I scheduled an estimate and the morning of the estimate he told me it would take him 2 hours to drive to me. He was 40 miles from me and I know that's far but not 2 hours. They could have contacted me before the day of.

Description of Work: We needed a new front deck. We chose Armstrong Home Improvements as they had previously done our roof (very well indeed). The whole process was a pleasure from estimate (very reasonable) to completion. The work was done promptly and neatly, everyone was very courteous. Excellent.

Description of Work: Replaced the roof on both my home and garage. Some shingles have black marks on them and I am waiting for the manufacture, IKO, to examine the marked shingles and make a settlement. The crew installed the shingles very fast, perhaps too fast to notice the defective shingles.
