They did what they said they were going to do. Actually, they came a day earlier than they said which was a good thing and bad thing. They were supposed to be here a day later, so we weren't later and we weren't ready for what they did. Then, they were here until 1 o'clock in the morning. They said because they came late, they actually charged us after hours rates for the entire job. They said they didn't but when the bill came it indicated that. I was there with them the entire time. They were supposed to come in and have all the tools. They didn't have the tools necessary to complete the job; they basically used my tools.They were reluctant to do any electrical work and said that I should have an electrician come in. Yet, the salesperson said that had everything they needed and the knowledge. It got done, it just wasn't quite to our expectation. It turned out okay like I say they completed the job. They could improve by a little more professionalism. A lot of the individuals didn't speak English. It was just a kind of bad situation all the way around, not necessarily with them, but just with the late hours and everything like that.
