+ -1 moreContacted Rich in the spring for evaluation of existing stone retaining wall and estimation of repairs needed. They were very responsive and significantly lower priced than competitors yet they drove us around to show us samples of their retaining wall construction work. They had an engineer come out and design the project and took care of all township permits. Project was delayed by weather and therefore started 2 months later and took longer than we expected, but we don't fault the contractor for that. The crew was polite and professional and cleaned up the area well each day. They comfortably handled the inevitable surprises encountered in doing the project, keeping us informed and confident throughout. Rich visited the site regularly, proactively communicated with us, and was very responsive to our calls and questions.
Description of Work: Removal of old stone retaining wall, installation of 2 new retaining walls and designing and building a flagstone patio area incorporating stones from old retaining wall.
