+ 1 moreThe basement turned out incredibly well! Steve went above and beyond my family's expectations for that space. Going from original, broken-sealed windows to brand new vinyl in a weekend was amazing! The fencing he put up for me a year later looks beautiful. Picking a contractor to work on your home can be a scary thought considering all the scams you see on the news. You should have no reservations about contacting Colonial Contractors; fantastic service from start to finish--he's the only guy I'll use!
Description of Work: I have used Colonial Contractors multiple times over the years; my first experience with Steve was when my parents wanted to finish their basement in 2006. His plans were very creative with working in the awkward space and was even able to finagle a full bathroom down there! My second experience was when I was able to buy my own house in 2011--every window needed to be replaced. Steve gave me an unbelievable price and knocked out the job in a weekend. Then in 2012, I again called my man Steve to put up vinyl privacy fencing around my back yard; he was able to beat the quote I received from Home Depot.
