Carl is excellent. He shows up when he says he's going to show up, does an excellent job, charges exactly what he says he's going to charge and doesn't leave a mess. Carl was able to quickly reglaze the Windows and even replace the weights. As for the armoire, it was a bit of a challenge but it looks great. I would definitely hire Carl again. He's a great guy and does fantastic work.he's a real craftsman. The price was more than your typical contractor, but you have to remember this is quality not just some shoddy job.
Description of Work: I had Carl do two jobs – one job was to reglaze some old windows and the second job was to turn a knockdown armoire into a TV cabinet.

Description of Work: Kitchen demolition and installation of new wallboard, subflooring, new cabinets, new trim; demolition of adjoining flooring and installation of new subflooring; miscellaneous finish work. Main work in stages from April through August 2014. Project delayed by flooring contractor's material delay. The grades (above)speak for themselves.

Work proceeded quickly and efficiently. Owner/carpenter is professional, pleasant to deal with, with good craftsmanship.
Description of Work: Rebuild garage passage door; reattach platform and steps to garage second floor; rebuild deck benches; various smaller carpentry repairs.
