+ -1 moreHE WAS NOT ON TIME, AND HE WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
Description of Work: I CALLED THEM TO HAVE MY CHIMNEY CLEANED. NOT ONLY DID THEY GET SOOT ALL OVER MY CARPET, BUT ON MY CURTAINS AND SOFA ALSO. I CALLED AND HAD ASKED IF THERE WAS SOMETHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT, AND THEY SAID THAT IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT. I POINTED THE STAIN OUT TO THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME, AND HE TOLD ME TO JUST USE A CARPET CLEANER. WHEN HE ARRIVED, HE WAS NICE, BUT NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. AND BY THE TIME HE LEFT, I WAS SO ANGRY I CRIED. ALSO, HE WAS ONLY THERE FOR 20 MINUTES! 20 MINUTES FOR $165 DOLLARS? I THOUGHT THAT WAS RIDICULOUS.

+ -1 moreWE HAVE THEM CLEAN OUR FIREPLACE EVERY OTHER SEASON. THEY WERE ALWAYS DEPENDABLE AND MAKE NO MESS AND ARE QUICK.
