R Titter Roofing LLC

I cannot recommend this service provider highly enough.  I had originally contacted them to be my requisite third estimate and I ended up going with them. Brian Bingaman is wonderful to work with.  When he came to do the estimate he taught me a lot about roofing and about my own house.  On several occasions he said, "No matter who you hire to do this job, make sure that they do X." He did not try to sell me things I didn't need.  I thought I might have needed new gutters but Brian looked at them and told me they were in good shape.  The roof on a recent addition to my house did not need to be replaced; other roofers had told me they wouldn't do the job without replacing that roof, too, but Brian saw that as unnecessary.
 I have extensive gardens and the roofers could not have been more careful with them.  I expected some casualties in the garden but they are so minimal as to be not worth mentioning.   To my amazement, the roofers took a  shop vac up on the ladder and vacuumed as much debris as they could out of my attic. (They had to take the old roof off, down to the rafters.)  They took care of a huge wasps' nest on one of my windowsills.  They did a great job of cleaning up before they left and of  putting back in place anything they had had to move.  Friends had warned me to plan on at least one flat tire from nails  left on the premises.  In two weeks,  I have found a total of three (!) nails in my yard or garden or on my driveway.  
My experience with R Titter Roofing was positive from start to finish. I have already recommended them to a friend who needs a new roof.
