Ryan Serrano is a skilled plumber and a connsumate professional. I had origannaly asked him to replace 4 leaky water valves at my home. He replaced 2 of the valves which were replaceable at a reasonable price. The other 2 valves were $225 each, so instead of replacing them, he disassembled the valves and replaced the internal o-rings at a minimal cost. I highly recommend Quality Comfort Inc for any and all of your needs, They are responsive, reliable and honest as the proverbial day is long!

First class from initial contact to final clean up. The only complaint is that they do not take credit cards.

Overall I was amazed on how efficiently this minor project was performed. The mechanic was professional and friendly. Like their name the work was high quality and the cost very reasonable.

Ryan was punctual and nice and he did a great job. He was very neat and clean which is important to me. He did the job with care and sanded and spackled many times to make sure the wall and ceiling looked nice and clean and even. He also gave me a very reasonable estimate to have my shower tile redone. I will be using him in the future for this job since he did such a good job this time.

Tremendous service and I was really impressed with the company. They had to order a new regulator and they came back and installed it without an additional service call charge.

Had quality comfort install humidifier to my heat pump system. James came out to install humidifier, there was a miscommunication over the phone (my fault) regarding the type of humidifier and he had to run out to a supply house to get the proper unit that was compatible with my heat pump (the supply place was over a half-hour away). The price of the installation went up some because of the upgraded unit and travel, but was more than fair. He also tied into the heat pump system a condensate pump, which I had already purchased, to remove both the condensate from the humidifier and ac unit. There was a small hiccup with the humidifier, so Ryan (James partner), quickly came out the following day to remedy the situation. Overall, was very impressed with the professionalism of the company, the quality of the install and the thoroughness that James and Ryan showed. Would use them again in the future.

He was careful about protecting the rug and furniture. After cleaning the fireplace he checked for CO to ensure that we were safe.

Ryan has an excellent customer drive. He would go the extra mile to ensure services rendered are top notch. He is extremely meticulous and detail oriented, and is truly committed to ensure customer satisfaction. Work area was kept almost inmaculate by end of day despite expected mess due to demolition, cutting, chalking, etc. Furthermore, Ryan has a special interest in ensuring post-sale satisfaction, and will regularly follow-up on work done and make sure any minor tweaks are sorted out.

These guys are great. First off they arrived on time, which is huge for me, because I hate wasting time. He guys were both very friendly and very personable. The hot water heater is in a bit of a tight space and they were able to remove it without damaging anything on the way out. They cleaned up their mess and got it done that day. We will definitely be using them again.

No problems at all. They gave even gave me a discounted price to do the 2nd fireplace in my house.

A few weeks ago I came home from work and my house was quite frigid. I assumed the furnace might have been in disrepair since it had been a few years since the last time it was maintained. I contacted a friend and she referred me to Quality Comfort Inc. It was my first experience with them, and I was surely impressed. I called them after hours and was shocked that they were still available. I spoke with James and despite it being after hours, he was adamant about coming out to make any attempt at immediate repairs even though I offered to wait until the morning. He arrived with blue shoe coverings on and drop cloth in hand. Unfortunately parts were needed to finish the repair. Also, after further inspection of my heating system, he brought to my attention the fact that my chimney was in need of a liner. I was previously told this by another company in years past but decided to wait on it at the time. I was very impressed by the respect he had for me my home. First thing the following morning he arrived with the necessary part to finish the repair and installed the chimney liner. While he was working, I saw a brochure on his clip board about duct cleaning. I asked if he was willing to do a duct cleaning that day while he was doing all other repairs since I was so pleased with his work so far. He admitted his schedule was booked for the rest of that day, but he was very flexible and got me in later that week. I highly recommend Ryan and James from Quality Comfort Inc. for any home repairs you might need. The work was fairly priced, and very meticulously finished. I will definitely be using them again in the future. -JRM

Quality Comfort could not have been any better. I am a cabinet maker and needed unexpected work done immediately for a kitchen installation. Ryan and James personally came out to meet with client and performed all work quickly, neatly and most importantly, properly. They even noticed a toilet leaking into the basement that they took upon themselves to fix. I always look for sub contractors with that willingness to go the extra mile to make a homeowner happy. I plan on using them in my own home in the near future, which is just about the highest recommendation I can give.

Today my heater shorted out and stopped working. I called quality comfort at 7:40 a.m. this morning expecting a voicemail but the owner Ryan answered the phone on the first call. We scheduled for noon and he ended up getting done his morning job early and calle to ask me if he could come early which was great bc i work from home and it was 50 degrees in my house at this point. The two owners Ryan and James showed up early put on their booties and went to work. After 10 minutes my heater was up and running. They told me that there would be no charge cuz it was an easy fix and I was shocked. They recommended that my heater could be serviced since it wasn't service for the past 5 years so I let them do that and and clean my ducts out also. I don't know what they used to clean the ducts but my whole house smells like a new house. Looking forward when they come back to install a humidifier system next week. Needless to say I am super happy with these guys and will use them again in the future on more projects. Thank you Ryan and James " you guys are the good ones , keep it up! "

I contacted Quality Comfort yesterday in an emergency situation. The igniter in my heating decided to stop working (this means no heat!), and it didn't take long for the temperature to drop in the house. Ryan showed up at my home when he said he would, discovered what the problem was, and had my heater back up and running in about 30mins. I can't enough good things about my experience with this company. I highly recommend Quality Comfort for all of your HVAC needs.

the installation went very well. very professional and arrived on time. new hot water installed in no time in a very organized manner. He suggested to move the hot water heater back a few feet which gave us more space in the basement. Great idea , now we have more room and cleared the area so in the future we will have him back to install a new air conditioner and heater.I highly recommend Quality Comfort Inc.
