They were cutting my neighbor's tree and the tree fell on some wires which were attached to my house. The line ripped off and damaged my siding. The wire was just laying on my deck/backyard. Called them about the tripping hazard and about the damage to my house and they said they would send someone out. A few days later someone went to my backyard and snipped the line (turns out to be a cable line). I work from home and did not have internet for a few days because of them.They however denied that it was them. Might have been in retaliation because I called multiple times regarding the matter. 6 months later and my siding is still damaged. Horrible company with zero accountability.

WOW! They were fabulous!!! This operation is awesome and I would highly recommend using Pro Tree Services to anyone who is looking! I've actually given their information to several friends already. They were prompt, efficient, friendly and cleaned the entire area up beautifully. It was fun to watch them work, as the Bobcat operator moves the machinery like it is a dance. The team worked together like a well oiled machine. They were reasonable and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! If I could leave more than five stars I would!!!

I have now used Pro Tree four times. Twice for post storm cleanup, once to trim the shrubbery around the perimeter of the house, and the last time to remove a large mature Norwegian maple tree that was in a state of decline and posing a threat to our house and utility lines in our backyard. I was pleased with all of the completed jobs but was especially pleased with the removal of the tree. I had five companies come out to give estimates. Pro Tree was the only one who told me immediately they could remove the tree safely from the street using a crane. The others wanted to use a crane that would encroach on our front lawn in conjunction with bucket trucks on our driveway and possibly our neighbors. One also mention having to trim trees in the front of the house in order to get access through our driveway. Another well known local company was at a complete loss to come up with a removal method after thinking about it for a week. Pro Tree removed the tree safely in three hours using their latest crane acquisition for just the third time. The stump removal crew came out a couple weeks later and did a nice job removing the stump. The prices for all the jobs completed by Pro Tree were reasonable in my opinion. In fact, one estimate was almost two thousand dollars more than what Pro Tree charged for the tree removal.

They did a great job quickly removing the overgrown branches of the tree, cleaned up and went on their way. All were very nice and professional

I called for an appointment before 10 in the morning. Return call came after 6:00 PM and they left a message. I called back the next morning and left another message. Have not heard back from them since and it's been a week.

Just was done great and exactly ontime...will be recommending this company and using them again

Great, Started and finished as scheduled. Opened up my yard a lot, couldn’t be happier with Pro Tree Services llc. I plan to hire them again in a couple years to make room for a pool!

It went great , price was a tad high but was happy with the professionalism and the service done...The guys did a great job!!
