I called several companies and they were far away. They were absolutely horrible and I have had the worst experience in my life. It would have probably been fine if I had different guys to come and do it. The company and the product were ok by itself but it was the guys who were doing the work. They were in a hurry and the quality of work was not good. I had to have them back a few more times because they did not do it right.

He was very courteous and very professional. He was unable to perform the work that I wanted, but he was very thoughtful. He came and looked at the floors and said that they don?t use the process that is required for my floors. He did give some suggestions.

They arrived when they said they would but when they got here they discovered a problem with the floor. Someone, not us, had previously tried to refinish the floors and had made a real mess of it. The poly finish that was on the floor had been put down incorrectly and it was peeling. At first they thought they would not be able to refinish the floor but after some discussion with the office they did try and refinish the floor. They worked all day and got the floors done. Because of how messed up the floors were they could not give us the 5 year warranty but they did give us a price break because of the problem. They also removed carpet from the master bedroom and refinished the floor there. They also laid quarter round to make the floor look nice and like the other floors in the house. The whole crew worked very hard and explained to us what was happening and why. Because of the prior damage we do not know how well the finish will last but it looks really good so far. I am keeping my fingers crossed and as I told the crew they may see problems and issues that we will not see because they know what the floor is supposed to look like and how the finishing is supposed to work. My husband and I think it looks a million times better and even if there are problems down the road it will probably still look better than what it was like originally.

The work quality was poor, as the workers took absolutely no care to protect the hardwood floors where they were moving furniture. We were left with significant gouges in the the floor (not just one, which could be excused, but multiple and long gouges in the floor), as though there was absolutely no concern as to how they left the home when they were done. The general refinishing was of fair quality. However, in areas where there had been previous differences in coloration (based on having built in bookshelves in an area that were subsequently removed), their method did not fix the difference in coloration, despite their comments that the floor would generally have the same color. Is it cheaper and less of a hassle than actual sanding of floors? Yes. Does it make the floors look great (even color, eliminating scratches, etc)? Nope, not at all.

Went well & punctual. Sometime unsure what the next step would be. Work & send result was lovely.

They were very good. They were always on time, their knowledge was excellent, they knew what they were doing. The quality of work done was good. They had to match 85-year-old wood and they did a really good job. I would recommend them to others.

They came in and removed carpet. They cleaned the floor. They put down stained oak quarter. Applied 3 coats of polygrime. They company was efficient. They were on time. They did a good job.

They came on time, were professional and courteous; worked extremely hard on the scraping and cleaning prior to gloss application. They came in, did the work, the floors dried in no time; they put all the furniture back and voil ! all done! We loved it.

Rich and Chad arrived and were very personable. They described their system, evaluated the work to be done and went to work. The flooring in that room is oak with a walnut stain. It was well worn and when they finished, it was unbelievable! I keep looking at the floor, astounded by how good it looks without the traditional sanding method.

They were just great. Very easy to work with. Very humorous. It was actually fun having them in the house.

Mr. Jesse Brown of Mr. Sandless arrived at 9:00 A.M. and began his sand-less procedure for refinishing floors. First he and his helper rolled up the carpets and padding and placed in our garage. He removed old wax and cleaned the floors. Then he applied three coats of finish on the floors. He assured us the coats would take and hour or less to dry and he was correct. He finished at 1:00 p.m. and we could walk on the floors in stocking feet. We could have put furniture down that evening but he advised waiting until the next day to put down carpets.

The company showed up on time, the job was done in 4.5 hours and the end result was very nice.

We had scheduled the Mr. Sandless team to start refinishing the floors of our new home immediately after settlement so that we would have had all of the floors done before we moved in any furniture. Two Mr. Sandless guys arrived early and were able to wait for us to close on the house, which took longer than expected. They got right to work as soon as we were able to let them in. The plan was for them to be joined by a larger team later in the day and all of the floors would have been done and ready to walk on that first day. Once their supervisor arrived and we realized we would not be able to have the floors refinished, we just worked it out with them to finish up the carpet removal the following day. The guys who did come were all very professional and helpful and left us clean floors we could live with until we get our floors repaired. They were also able to work unsupervised for long stretches while we were in and out in that hectic time. I wish we could have used them more!

They did a great job as we have old, difficult floors. I like that they don t do any sanding as they just use a chemical to strip the wax off. It started out with one guy and he had to have two more come and help him because the wax was so hard to remove. The floors dried in an hour and it only took him one day to finish the job. I had to wait three hours before I could put my furniture back but the floor looks great and the guy was very polite.

This was an excellent choice for us. We purchased our house and wanted to have the floors refinished prior to moving day. We had refinished floors in previous homes and did not have a week to wait for the work to be done. Carol replied promptly to my internet inquiry and answered my questions. Since we were buying a large house we asked Mr. Sandless to inspect the floors and give us a written estimate. They had Rich come out and we discussed the options for repairs and installation of quarter round in several rooms. The written quote included pricing for repairs as well as the refinishing work. The workers showed up on time, as promised, and included Rich. Most of the crew left after the cleaning and polishing was complete, with two remaining to add the finish coats. One broken floorboard was replaced and stained. Other, previous, repairs were also stained. Start of job was at 9 am and the work was complete around 8 pm.

They showed up on time and finished by the 4 in the afternoon as they said they would. Everything was professionally done. The floors looked like they were completely refinished.

Mr. Sandless arrived at the promised time with a crew of 5-6 guys. They had to move furniture in addition to treating the floors. They completed the job in about 8 hours, and we were walking on them that night. The floors look amazing. They sparkle as if they were new again. We're very pleased with the work and would recommend the process to anyone (as long as your floors aren't in too bad condition, but Mr Sandless will explain all that). The crew was also very courteous and friendly and answered all my questions.

Arrived on time. Price charged was exactly what was estimated. All questions were answered on the phone by the company receptionist prior to the work being performed. The workers were polite and explained the process. Floors looked beautiful when done. Basically the floor refinishing process is a super cleaning with buffing, etc., that takes the finish down to the original layer of varnish. The process is not meant for deep scratches, lots of water damage, etc. My floors just had 53 years of dirt accumulation, but were basically in good shape. If your floors have a lot of damage it would probably be better to sand them. I was very happy with the process it was short, sweet, cost a lot less than sanding, and was perfect for the wood floors I have.

ARRIVED ON-TIME WITH 3 WORKERS. RESULTS WERE GREAT AS PROMISED.
