I wholeheartedly recommend Kevin from @KKID Remodeling. He is very professional and knows how to repair or install stuffs around the house. Mostly importantly he loves what he does and even cares about the quality more than the owner does.

Kevin was able to listen and then give me options that would get me the results for which I was looking. His price was reasonable and his work was neat and well done. I am so pleased with the outcome, it is hard to expressed how wonderful everything worked out. He always made sure that I knew what stage of the job he was in and then he made sure that all of the resulting trash was removed, leaving nothing for me to clean when he finished.

Did a very good job in a timely manner. However, he had looked at another project, said he would get back to me about estimate and scheduling. I have not heard from him since.

Kevin was willing to come out and take on our strange project (we needed to troubleshoot our laundry area after purchasing a washer and dryer that was too big!). He came out to give us an estimate, then on the day of service, he went from Plan A to C to give us a workable solution. The only complaint is that he couldn't fully get our washer all the way back together, but I'd hire him again due to the creative work he did for us!

Kevin did a great job and was one of the few pros who would take a smaller job. We are now considering him for other jobs based on his great work.

Kevin is a handy man second to none. He is a perfectionist and the end product is perfect. Every detailed is attended to. I will hire him again and again.

Kevin was professional, on time, and a fast worker. I plan to use him again in the future. I tried to fix the bi-fold door myself and failed. He discovered that the frame of the door was not level and took care of that. He also installed smoke alarms.

Kevin's work is top notch. I needed a window sill replaced and molding around front door improved. His rate was excellent and all work done very promptly.
