John has been working for us for the last 8 years. He is literally the best contractor that we have ever had. He is professional, punctual, and honest. He has always done top notch work, and we have asked him to do a number of jobs for us. We continue to use and recommend John, and highly recommend his services.

John did a great job and very responsive. I'll never forget when he started painting this room I didn't like the color. Instead of getting upset he just turned around and said let's go look for a color you'll like better. I promise you won't be disappointed when you hire John for a job. He's reasonably priced and easy to work with.

I first hired John to help with a leak in a short roof over the kitchen. (2) Then had him come back to do post construction work on a new whole house roof. (3) Then had him come back to replace leaking sky lights. (4) Lastly he came back to install a new powder room toilet, cabinets, overhead light, laminate floor and paint the walls. I would recommend John Elliott.

Both John and his son did an amazing job fixing the leak, repairing drywall and replacing the light fixture and multiple light switches. They are both very professional, punctual, and have done a great job. I would definitely hire them again and recommend to anyone looking for an honest and great service.

This problem was handle as I expected in even less time (less than an hour), which is not unlike most of my experience in calling on John. When I mentioned that I was having a problem with the electric garage door opener, John helped me diagnose the problem and suggested how I can prevent it from happening in the future.

John was very responsive. I needed cabinets to match the ones already in my new house. He was able to identify the exact cabinet from a distributor who only works with contractors, he placed the order immediately and worked out # of cabinets, drawers and glass doors would suit my needs and the space. He also provided samples of counter tops for me to choose from, did measurements and acquired the top. Unfortunately the doors to one cabinet were warped and he has been working with the distributor to correct this. My favorite aspect of working with John is that he is very communicative regarding any scheduling issues, changes, etc. I can expect a call from him first thing in the morning to confirm work to be done and if I am not home he very apologetically will contact me during the day with any questions. He is also neat and cleans up any mess. He is very sensitive to functionality - it actually bothers him if something does not work correctly or is not installed in a way that is most useful. I've used him on any number of other projects as he seems to be able to do just about anything! Which is also why I could not exactly isolate the cost for this particular project.

We couldn't be any happier with the outcome of the job John and Brian did in our home. The craftsmanship and quality of construction is exceptional. Their professionalism, competence and open communication helped us feel very reassured through all of the construction phases. Because of their diligence the work was completed right on schedule. John offers free estimates and quoted us a very fair and competitive price.

John was more responsive than other contractors. He phoned back the same day and came the next day to quote the job. The job was started in 2 days. He always phoned to let me know when he would be arriving for the days work and was always on time. He did a very good job and the price was very reasonable considering that he had to make 4 trips over the course of a week to complete the work. He and his son were very nice to work with.

John and his son did an excellent job. They installed some hardwood floors and did several 'handyman' small jobs. Great experience, John and his son were quick, direct and careful. Completed the job promptly and cleaned up after themselves. He was easy to get a hold of and always returned my calls in quick manner. I have recommended to my family and will have him back to work on some other projects we have in mind.

John came to my house and evaluated the job. He said he would call me in a few days with an estimate and drop off a quote in the mail. He never called back and never mailed a quote. I called and left three messages on his phone but never heard from him. If he wasn't interested, he should at least just tell you.

John and Brian are excellent! Their work is top notch, always on time, great at communicating in terms of times/dates for the work, and charged a fair price. I love my updated kitchen and plan to have them update my bathroom in the future!

John came out and we met with him about our kitchen. He was here for about two hours listening to our ideas. He said he would get back to us in about a week. Three weeks went by and we never heard from him so I called him. He told me he didn't have anything yet in terms of design, but he would get back to me by the end of the week. We never heard from him again. I think the guy is overwhelmed by his business and managing his own time is a problem but at least have the courtesy to get back on the phone with the customer and be honest about it. I had recommended him to several people, but I later told them it's not worth the hassle and they should call someone else.

WOW! John can fix anything! Wonderful to work with! Clean, responsive, on time, and pleasant to work with. The quotes/prices were always right on target every step of the way. From now on, John will be the first person I call for repairs or upgrades to my new home. I first hired John for a ceiling repair due to water damage from a tree branch through the roof. He and his team put in the new insulation, new sheetrock, and installed a solar tube (interior portion). They completed the work by painting the ceiling. His quote was in line with the insurance company. After the wonderful work they did on the ceiling, I found other projects around the house for them to complete! I will be hiring them in the future for bathroom upgrades!

Excellent work. Friendly, professional, communicates often with updates on job, gives options, no pressure or feeling of "upselling". Finished ceiling and wall are flawless - looks like there was never a patch there. John will be my first call contractor from now on.

John was very helpful in helping me to decide on flooring materials and sent me to show room that had lots of options to choose from. He job went smoothly and I am very satisfied with all the work performed.

John brought two other people with him, they showed up on time, and the cost was within the range he quoted. They worked very hard, cleaned up thoroughly, and we're really great to work with. I would definitely recommend them and work with them again in the future.
