John and his son came to do the work. The work itself was done well. However, it took at least two hours longer than it should have. I discovered John on the phone and it appeared that his son was doing all of the work. It ended up costing me more than $300 more that the price of the Big Deal itself.

John and his son Brian worked quickly and performed quality work. They are very personable and know what they are doing. I will definitely use them again for projects in the future.

They said I needed to provide all the parts and I did not wish to go with them.

Everything went great. John & his son were very professional. They installed a new foyer light in no time. Then they were flexible & were able to stay longer than intended to do an additional job for us that took a couple hours. So were able to get 2 "big" projects done in one visit which was great, especially since we didn't have to schedule another time for John to come back.

The contractor was responsive and showed up as scheduled. They recaulked an undermount kitchen sink and partially recaulked a shower. The quality of the completed work was very good, however, they did not fulfill the service expectation. The team left after 2 1/2 hours and did not finish recaulking the shower. I will need to finish the job myself or hire another contractor.

John was very good..showed up on time..cleaned up.and made the repair..even went the extra mile and stopped by the next day in a snow storm to see if all was ok.

Service was excellent. He worked around my work schedule which was incredible. They cleaned up after themselves.

I called and gave some other information about what I needed, but they never even contacted me back. I did not use the deal.

He was here these morning. It worked out fine. I think we had a little miscommunication but at the end of day, I was pleased with the worked and I was pleased with him. They were punctual.

He just came on Monday. He was here for just under two hours but he had someone else with him. He did what I asked him to do. I spoke to him right away and he said he was booked until February 20th. I was told to contact him after that. I contacted him this Saturday to book a time. I actually spoke to him on Monday and he came that day because he had some openings. He came when he said he was going to come.

It was pretty good. It cost us about $40 more than the big deal, but my husband didn’t complain about anything; so I think he did okay. I wasn’t home but the door looks fine; it opens and closes fine, so it went well. My husband said he did a good job. He was reliable. We had a door put in previously which turned out to be terrible, but when this guy put it in, it was good.

John was excellent. He was very professional and prompt. When I first set up appt. I asked him could he stop by to help me pick out grout and caulk colors as this bathroom is old and I do not know what to purchase. He stopped by and helped me and the rest of the experience was just as great. We set up the appt. and then John called to confirm on the day before just like he said he would do. He arrived promptly and was very professional and did beautiful work. He cleaned everything up when he was finished. It was a great experience altogether. i would definitely use his services again if the need arises.

John's response time to my call was quick. He was out at the house the next day and we discussed what might need to be done. Appointment was scheduled, John was on time and kept me in the loop each step of the way. He did what he said he was going to do in the time he said he would do it. The job appears to be very well done. We are pleased and will be using him for some remodeling projects in the future. John appears to be a consummate professional who can handle most all building and maintenance jobs. He is very easy to work with.

I purchased this on November 28th and they never called. Today is January 17th.

I bought 4 hours of handyman service but when I made the appointment I was told I would get him and his son for two hours.

It went well. They were courteous and professional. They completed the work quickly. They told me everything that they were doing.

We just needed odd jobs but would definitely consider using him for bigger jobs, such as remodeling our bathroom. Very nice guy.

John recoated the flat portion of my kitchen roof. He did a great job, was|easy to contact and to deal with and I would not hesitate to use him again.

I thought it went very smoothly, considering that I hadn't prepared very well for the handyman visit. I am basically clueless about this stuff! John and his son worked on hanging my framed artwork while I headed out to Home Depot to purchase all of the necessary supplies for various repairs, replacements, and installations, including toilet repairs. John advised me to purchase certain materials with helpful and specific detailed information, e.g. specific measurements. This was helpful when I arrived at Home Depot, because I just turned over this list of supplies and they got everything I needed. Also, before finishing up, John noticed that my toilet was still running and asked me to go to Home Depot again to get the necessary part to make the final repairs. He didn't charge me for the time it took me to get the necessary parts! I thought this was incredibly thoughtful - not to charge me while I was getting the materials from Home Depot - he was "off the clock" and waiting for me to get back, and he only charged me for the actual time he spent working on the job. Thank you for being fair, John!

He did good, I would probably consider calling him on the future. He was good and there were two of them here. He could of started working on the other door while there was someone doing the front door and then went ahead to charge me an extra amount. I'm not a carpenter but he seemed like he was sort of standing there talking to his friend more than helping. But again, I'm not a carpenter so maybe there was something he needed to stand there and help him with so I don't know. He was here when he said he would be. He was professional.

it went well. He and his son came and they did everything on my list with in the time frame of the coupon. I have asked him to come back and do a few more things after the new year

I did the deal and paid with paypal on 11/8. No contact has been made by the provider with me.

John and his son confirmed the appointment showed up on time, were professional, neat and completed the requested jobs. Bought a special coupon and it should be noted that the additional $50/ hour is per person, so actually $100/hour.

John was friendly and professional in all aspects of the service from the initial call right through the completion of the work. They arrived right as scheduled, went straight to work and fixed the roofing problem without delay. They were extremely respectful of me and my property and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. It was as if they were never there. I couldn't be happier with the service and the work and would not hesitate to use or refer John again in the future. Excellent!!

He was responsive to my request, returned calls and let me know when he would arrive. Quality of work was very good.
