House Hens

Description of Work: I have been using House Hens for about 1 1/2 years on a bi-weekly basis. Kris and Mary are wonderful and trustworthy. In interest of full disclosure, they are not always on time, but the cleaning occurs when we are at work so it doesn't bother us. 98% of the time they do a fantastic job cleaning. Some of their staff will occasionally be on their phones when I am working from home, every once in a while they will miss a trash can, but nothing egregious. The one time they didn't clean our downstairs bathroom to my standards (mopped, vanity wiped but sink and toilet not clean) they were back the next day and did a full cleaning, not just a redo of the bathroom. We will continue using House Hens.

Description of Work: They cleaned our living living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, pantry-laundry room, bed room and three bath rooms.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate for biweekly housecleaning. Never received he courtesy of a return call and we live within 2 miles of their location?

Description of Work: For housecleaning we use House Hens. We use them consistently; I have used them on and off for the last five years. The last time they cleaned my entire house, basement to third floor. They shampooed all the carpets, cleaned the refrigerator, and wiped down the cabinets. They prepped it for someone else to move into.
