Excellent customer service that began with the appointment operator and continued through the salesman (Corey) to the installers. The installation was seamless and Nelson and his crew were a pleasure to work with, even taking the time to customize the height placement of my grab bars and shelf. I am so delighted to have a safe shower in which l can now bathe.

Very professional installation of my Koehler Walk-in tub, removing and re installing my cupboard that was in the way. Bob III, Shawn, and Kenny worked very hard on this project in a small bathroom. Exceptional quality work. Bob always kept in touch and was great with instruction on the use of every aspect of my walk-in tub! I am truely enjoying my tub!!!

14 weeks and have not seen or heard from them on my project. And they have received 1/3 payment in advance. Highly questionable company at this point. Next step my lawyer.

I was able to work well with their sales representative to get exactly what i wanted in their Kohler WAlk-in Tub. The price was reasonable and I got every possible premium discount allowed - no KIDDING! - to get a great pricing and a very reasonable monthly payment plan. The installers were very respectful of getting it installed in ONE day and keeping the clutter down to a bare minimum. The team arrived by 8 am and were done in record time - my space was tight and they got it in! Kudos guys!!!!!!!! Roy answered all of our questions and reviewed cleaning ritual. The team also made sure that the debris from my previous tub and toilet were appropriately removed and taken away with them, We never had any project completed so cleanly and timely. THANKS HomeSmart for sending us such a savvy work team! OUR PROJECT IS DONE!

Roy and Mike were scheduled to arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 Arrived a little before 8. Great team effort; courteous and professional. Kept us informed of installation progress. Answered all questions regarding plumbing and electrical structural modifications. Demonstration and instructions on usage were through. Exceeded expectations regarding completion timing. Finished in one (1) day.

The installation of my walk in tub was an extremely positive experience. Bob & Son and crew were totally skilled and professional and explained every step very carefully. The team of Brian and James were professional, kind and punctual. They were careful to meet my specific needs. They also cleaned up and removed all debris in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to have them return for future projects and highly recommend them to any one looking for a great team to work on home projects.

Mike and Matt were very knowledgeable about the shower surround, floor and drywall install. They made every effort to make sure things were correct and figured out the best way to get things done. They installed our shower surround, flooring, re-plumber for dual vanities and even help with putting up the lights and mirror for our bathroom. I would absolutely recommend this fabulous duo to work in anyone's home! Thanks guys!

Both installers were very knowledgeable what needed to be done and how to do it. They promptly answered questions completely and with courtesy. they left the area cleaner than they found. The instructions on how to use the tub were completely understandable. I wish all vendors were as competent as these two! As I discuss our hot tub with our neighbors I will certainly recommend Home Smart and especially the gentlemen that installed our unit.

I had the work performed by BOB and his son. They were very good installers and very competent. I am very happy with the complete SHOWER installation; and cabinet installation.

Very professional gentlemen, led by Roy Reynolds. Exceptional knowledge of the walk-in bath tub; arrived early; completed in one day (taking old tub out and installing walk-in; clean-up was perfect.

Met with sales person on 8/7/18 and agreed upon installation of LuxStone. Was told that it would be 6-8 weeks to order materials. I received a call that materials were in and scheduled installation. This was planned for 10/16/18. The installers who arrived at 8 AM were polite and friendly. The installation could not take place because the panel did not fit up my stairwell. I now have to go back to meeting with the sales person to pick a different material and wait for that to be ordered and installed. I am hopeful that the second round will be successful and end with my bathroom repairs being completed. However, I am very annoyed and disappointed that after two months something as simple as a measurement has delayed my install. I am also not pleased that I have to choose a different material.
