The wood that I bought was supposed to be dry and seasoned. It was green and wet. When I used it, it put the fire out. They were completely unresponsive to requests for a refund or to deliver a fraction of the cord of wood that I purchased that was actually usable. I ended up having to go buy more wood elsewhere while the stuff they delivered sat in the driveway.

. He was supposed to come a couple of times and he did not come. Then he called and said that he was coming and then he did come. The next time we had set up on Thursday. He has really come on Thursday only one time. On the whole he came four times. The last time was on Sunday. We had made arrangements for him to come each Thursday. But he did not come. Then my daughter called him and he said he would come but he did not come. He had been talking to I don?t know who and they had told him that they had been here and that they had cut with a double wide mower. That is not true because we have only one gate. We had told him that he has to get at the grass, he cannot leave the grass as I have a little dog. He just did not do it. When he finally did come on Sunday he tried to find somebody else. We had seen his business. He had all kinds of trucks and machines and everything to show that he had a thriving business. Then at the Fall of last year we noticed that the fence that enclosed his property was torn and we did not see the trucks. We thought that he had moved but I think he must be having other problems. He had a thriving business. Overall if he comes I think he tries to satisfy because he calls you a million times. His price is good. As for his responsiveness, when he says he is coming he will come. But if he is sending someone they are not always on the ball. He himself is good. I think his helpers are his problem. Now that we have complained much he comes out with his help. I would use him in the future.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL. THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED IN OCTOBER 2005 AND WORK BEGAN IN NOVEMBER, AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED BY YEARS END, AT THE END OF APRIL 2006 WE DEMANDED A FORMAL LETTER STATING THAT HE WASN'T FINISHING THE JOB, THEN WE HIRED OTHERS TO COMPLETE THE JOB.
