I'm thrilled by Tim Stone's determination to resuscitate my old, tired and partially broken crabapple tree, and I fully enjoyed his knowledge and genuine dedication to the project! His company and crew are without doubt best in service! Now, looking forward to monitor health and growth as the tree starts a new journey!

Workers showed up as scheduled and work was done as expected. No issues.

Good so far. We are following Tim's plan and the tree seems to have some new growth.

We had great experience with Fine Tree Care. We have used them a few times and they are excellent. They are very fair. Their punctuality is beyond an "A". We would use them again. The owner is just incredibly knowledgeable, he's on time, but he also has a great crew. The people that also work with are also really great. He will tell you things about your yard and it doesn't feel like he is trying to sell something. He tells you what you need to do and what you don't need to do. He brings a high level of ownership.

Tim Stone has maintained over the years our specialty trees, to include a Meta-Sequoia, Yoshino and Higan Cherry trees, Star Magnolia, Smoke trees, etc. Selective pruning continues to be maintained on shrubbery such as our Miss Kim Lilac, Cotoneaster, Barberries, Hioki, etc. We love our beautifully landscaped property and continue to be pleased with the excellent work performed by Fine Tree Care. With the passing of time, we continue to reap the rewards of our wonderful landscaped home, as well as knowing we are protecting our investment.

Great. They did a wonderful job, very professional and they took care our property. When they were finished the job they cleaned up everything and you would never have know they were there. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for tree removal.

Tim Stone has worked for us on several large projects over the past few years. Although his work is not inexpensive, it is consistently done well. He initially came out to do a "walk around" and then provided an estimate for the work. The work was scheduled in a timely fashion. His crew, who have been with him on several of our prior jobs, has always been punctual, careful, skilled, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Their setup for the work, the execution, and the cleanup afterward were exceptional. Tim was there at the start of the project, and returned regularly over the two days required for the current job. He was readily available in person to answer questions and to be certain that everything went as planned.

It went much better than I could have expected. The owner, Timothy Stone, came to my house to view the work that I wanted to have done. I chose Fine Tree Care because Mr. Stone is a certified Arborist. I wanted someone who had a good knowledge of tree's and how to shape them and save them not just how to "cut them down". Mr. Stone showed up when he said he would to review the work that I wanted to get done. I had an immediate good feeling about him and as we walked the property his knowledge and recommendations that he made confirmed to me that this was the company that I wanted performing the work. He provided me a very detailed proposal and firm price the next day. He also provided his Certification of Insurance the next day without being asked. His proposed down payment (20%) I felt was very fair and I felt that he gave me a good price. He did not ask for the balance of payment until the work was complete. His company showed up when he said they would and I could not have been more happy with the work. My property was transformed. I am very appreciative.

Timothy returned my call right away and came out to inspect the plants. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful. He recommended a treatment and we agreed. The work was done shortly thereafter. Timothy said they would continue to monitor the health of the plants and we can decide if further action is required. Time will tell if they can be saved but Timothy will do his best, I am certain.

We are very pleased with the work done by Fine Tree Care. Very professional and responsive. Plan to use their services again to clear some other areas on our property. Price was fair for amount of work completed.

Very very well with virtually no damage to surrounding plantings. Clean-up were very carefully done also.

Tim is a professional arborist that I have used several times and find him to be very professional, knowledgeable, skilled and reliable. His charges are on the high side but you can be guaranteed the job will be evaluated and done right. I will continue to use him and recommend him to others.

Tim Stone responded very quickly to my request for an estimate and came out personally to survey the work needed. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what needed to be done. We set up a time for the work. I was very pleased with the service and with the result. I highly recommend Tim Stone Fine Tree Care.

I was told I would have an estimate in a few days that was in 9/16 when he came out. It is now the 27th and haven't received a phone or an email with any information. I will not be calling them again.

It was great. I have high recommendations for them. They were wonderful.

Tim Stone came out the evening that we noted the broken branch to look at the situation. His crew arrived at our house at 8 AM the following morning. They removed the large branch without incident, also removed several dead branches from the same tree, and cleaned up the debris on the roof and the ground below. As we have seen with prior work done by Tim and his team, the job was done efficiently and the cleanup was very thorough. Tim is not inexpensive but his knowledge and the quality of his work are excellent. He and his staff are very professional and nice to work with. We will use them again and highly recommend them.

I submitted my information for an appointment on their website and was contacted swiftly the next day via email, and was able to setup an appointment for the following day. Timothy Stone came out to perform the assessment. He was prompt, courtesy, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I picked this company since they had a favorable review on Angie's list and they were a member of the International Society of Arboriculture. We wanted to make sure that we wanted to know what was impacting the tree in the event it could potential impact other things. Timothy knew immediately what the issue was and provided a detailed explanation, even in 90 degree weather. He provided me a quote to remove the tree which was reasonable. For future work, I will definitely be using this company and I would recommend others to do so as well.

Very professional, quick response to my phone message. Came out the next day and provided estimate. Their schedule opened up and performed the job way ahead of schedule. Impressed with Tims communication and knowledge. They left the job site very clean.

Tim was prompt and exceedingly polite on our first visit. He was very knowledgeable of the trees and clearly explained his concerns and recommendations in terminology I could understand. The day they came out, they cleared away snow to be able to work without complaint, performed the work exactly as detailed and left no mess. All done in one day, days after 3 feet of snow fell. Wife said the workers were very polite and knowledgeable as well. Extremely happy and will be using their services for our property in the future. Tim's professionalism and knowledge are well worth it.
