Description of Work: I had my kithcen cabinets refaced and new custom shelves installed. The work was done in a professional, efficient manner. The even finished a day ahead of schedule. Description of Work: Ordered work from provider, who was VERY helpful. It wall be done on next Thursday, 25 July. The job I need did not agree with the Big Deal. Ordered work from him anyway. I liked his presentation and the sample of his work (brought for show & tell).

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for $149 for $300 of Custom Glide-Out Shelving for Cabinetry, Pantries and More Plus a Free in Home Consultation.

We were impressed with the display and subsequent expert presentation and professional installation which followed in our home. The pull out shelves blended well with our existing shelves and made a nice improvement to our kitchen. We highly recommend custom pull out shelves.

All precautions were take to ensure no damage to kitchen cabinets and floor. Follow-up call was made to ensure we were happy and that there were no issues.

Description of Work: I have an odd shaped pantry closet under the steps going to my 2nd level. I store appliances I don't use all the time- food processor, bread machine, crepe maker, etc. along with all shapes and sizes of baking pans, muffin tins, cookie sheets and serving platters. When I needed something in the back it was such a hassle to pull it out. I have seen this company and Shelf Genie advertised and thought this would be a perfect option for my needs. I saw Thomas Designor at the Phila Home show and set up an appointment. He called soon afterwards to confirm and he came to my house to see what would work best. Because the space is so odd shaped Thomas suggested he install 2 shelves to attach the 3 roll outs. A few weeks later the installers (Chris & Anthony) came to do the work. Appt. was made for 2:30 but they called and left a voice-mail they would be able to come earlier if that was convenient. (Finished previous appt. sooner than expected) When I got home from work I called and they were able to start earlier. Both were very professional and finished easily. I never got an estimate from the other company so I am not sure how they compare but I have heard this company ( Custom Pull Out Shelves) is more reasonable. Overall- I am satisfied and am looking forward to making the most of the new space.

 + 0 moreThey were really easy to work with. They went over all of the options and prices. They did measurements and sent a quote via email within a day. It was only a week or less later that they came for the installation. The same guys that did the measurements did the installation. There was no hassle, no phone tag, and very easy. I knew it would make a difference, but didn't know HOW much of a difference it would make in my kitchen.
