Couldn't have gone worse. Gina answered the phone and from the beginning the simple task of having a 900 square foot ranch sprayed for bugs was a problem. They quoted me $250 for a simple spray job and then tried to up-sell to a 30 day second treatment. The phone conversation was very uneven. Please know, I am a very active real estate investor, so I understand pricing and I understand when I'm dealing with someone professional. $250 + a 30 day return spray is obnoxious. They put me on hold twice. The second time they never got back on the phone. I assume because I was rightfully questioning their price and the need for a 30 day follow-up spray. Anyway, after being disconnected I phoned a competitor who in a few minutes was able to get my information in a professional manner. They are charging me $125 for an inside and out spraying and this includes the basement. At no point was a 30-day follow-up suggested. I'd write the name of the reputable competitor but that would probably violate Angie's list rules and then render this review not publishable.

Had one recall for persistent ant colony - they came out within the hour and eradicated problem - no evidence of infestation since.

We just started with them last month. I really like them. I believe it's a family owned business. Even if they don't answer the phone, they'll call you back. We've also got an annual contract with them, too. If we have a problem, they'll just come out. As a matter of fact, I had to have the gentleman out three times because we had bees all over the place. He finally got rid of them. They were nice. One of the things that I really like about them is that we have cats and two of the cats do go outside. He's very mindful of that. I noticed when they came out to spray for the carpenter ants, it was on the invoice, "Three cats". So they made sure the pets weren't outside running around. They were very polite. I like them. They were referred to me by a friend. They're going to be somebody that we deal with every year.

They arrived on time and were efficient and easy to work with. They entire process was completed in the time they specified. They left the premises neat and clean

I have an annual contract with them and they charge accordingly. They are absolutely over the top excellent. I have no hesitation to recommend them for anything. They are absolutely committed to their work. They are unbelievably interested in insects; I've never seen anything like it. They are just so into their jobs and so committed to providing good customer service. They try to make sure that the same person comes to the house, so they know what you're setup is and what your issues usually are. They've been very creative with solutions with my anthill. It's a big freaking anthill. They have had the best solutions and they try to minimize their use of certain agents, so that the ants don't struggle for resistance. They are really amazing. I didn't shop around with regard to price. I was so happy with them and they're worth every penny. I would have been overrun by ants if it weren't for them. I don't honestly know how to compare their prices with other places in the area. I will use them again in the future.
