I didn't know him until he came at night to help discuss what I wanted. I was an Executive for 30 years so had a fair understanding of what is truthful or just a sales pitch. I design/built my first home so I had some experience which makes me credible. Robert is one of the last old European craftsman. Price was extremely fair . He did more than any other quotes and fixed issues without charge. He did all the work Bath Fitters would not do for less less financially. Also he went out of his way to point out issues and important urgent/ issues and measurements in my home. Most contractors wouldn't take the time for the detail. He far exceeded my expectations. His eye to detail was old school, measured everything princely. No issues through the complete renovations. I was very fortunate that I selected him and he agreed to to on my project which you can see on his site before and after.
