We changed a (rental) house from oil heat and electric hot water to gas for both. The house was getting new gas service, so Brad had to run a new supply line from the meter to the basement where the furnace and hot water heater are, then connect the new appliances to the existing water and (forced air) duct systems. Brad coordinated with the gas company and got everything installed in good time. We expect about a 3-year payback, given how much cheaper natural gas is. I've previously reported on plumbing work Brad has done. I reaffirm that (he's done additional plumbing work in the last year), and continue to say that Brad is a top-quality tradesman whom I trust thoroughly.
Description of Work: Replaced existing oil furnace and electric hot water heater with high efficiency (96 AFUE) natural gas furnace and hot water heater.

Brad Garman has become a trusted part of my team. He knows his stuff. He comes very quickly when there's an emergency, and in a reasonable length of time for less urgent matters. His price is reasonable; I never feel like he's taking me for a ride. Finding reliable and responsive tradesmen is a challenge; Brad is the kind of guy I hope for.
Description of Work: I own several rental properties. I've used Brad Garman for general plumbing (leaking pipes/toilets), repairs of hot-water heating systems, winterizing houses (draining the pipes, both water and heating, so they don't freeze when the heat is off), and installing a new water heater, including running electrical when we switched from a natural gas to electric water heater. Amount spent is total for a dozen jobs over 2 years, individual jobs ranging from $80 to $900.
