Crawlspace was bone dry after 3 days of rain. Instead of a report saying that, I get a list of recommendations. Addition of a moisture mitigation system. There is already a working system in the space. Remove the insulation under the floors. Yeah. Expose all the water piping to freezing temperatures. Insulate the walls of the crawlspace. So, you want to remove good insulation and add it to the walls in an unheated space. I wanted an inspection not a sales pitch. Worthless company. I should sue if the realty deal falls through due to this"

"I hired Calco to replace my shower. On the final day of work, one of the installers collided with my car's front bumper in the company box truck. The sales manager, Matt, asked me to get an estimate for the repairs from a local body shop and send it to him. After sending him the estimate for repair, he ceased responding to my attempts to contact him. Several days later, I received a condescending and disrespectful phone call from one of the owners, Paul, who rudely informed me that they hadn't gotten back to me because "they were busy," demanded video evidence that the damage had been caused by a Calco employee, suggested that because I live in Lancaster City and park on the street that I should expect that my car will be damaged, and accused me of "threatening his business" when I stated my intention to leave honest reviews of my experience. "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
