Description of Work: I called for help getting my garage door to close evenly. It closed, but there was a slight gap on one side letting leaves, water and yard debris into my garage and clogging the floor drain (we have a 100 year old house and garage). He came on time, quickly addressed the problem, and gave me some suggestions for other things I could do to improve things. The door bottom isn't perfect, but he said installing an astragal (about $15 from Lowes) across the bottom of the door would improve the seal. He also gave me some pointers on how to do it myself. I did it (I'm a 60+ year old woman) without a hitch. Very pleased with the service and the advice!

+ -1 moreIt's an antique doorknob and I've always been fond of it and was hoping it didn't need to be replaced. The serviceman assured me that it could be fixed and spent a good amount of time on the job. I was really pleased at the service, the promptness and the low price. Unfortunately about a month later, the same doorknob fell off again. Once again, Yearsley sent someone out right away. He replaced a piece and had it fixed for good.
Description of Work: My front doorknob had fallen off and, even though I live in a safe neighborhood, I was still nervous about it. Yearsley's sent someone out the same day to fix it.
