Called and left two messages on a time sensitive job and never got a callback ever. Would have gone with them right away as they were recommended to me by the previous homeowner and I wanted the job done fast. All they had to do was call me. Never did despite two calls to them. Says all I need to know about how much they care about their customers and how much they want my business.

Vincent scheduled a time with us and never showed up. Repeated attempts to reach him were unsuccessful. After a week, I received a text asking if he could come see the steps. The whole thing reeks of shadiness.

Fantastic job. They were courteous and professional, on-time, and even fixed some problem spots with the old wood. The floors are truly gorgeous now.

Vincent and his team were able to begin work within a week of getting an estimate (unlike the other companies we received estimates from who said it would be at least a month). They were able to remove the carpet, sand, and apply three coats of polyurethane in 3 days which was quicker than we anticipated. The floors look beautiful. Vincent was very responsive to both call and text during the work. His team left very minimal dust and did a great overall job of cleaning up after their work. We had an entryway, living room, dining room, one hallway, four closets and two sets up stairs refinished in the home we had recently purchased.

Vincent was very responsive and punctual. He worked within our time frame and was very professional. His workers did a fantastic job, taking the time to ask my opinion on certain aspects of the trimming, and cleaned up nicely when everything was done. Our floors look amazing!

It went great! Prior to moving in to our newly purchased house, we removed all of the rugs, tile and plywood that had been covering the floors ourselves. (This was not easy.) Then Vincent's came in and spent several days sanding and repairing all the floors. There were some surprises (missing floor) and challenges (age-related damage) that Vincent's helped us overcome. After the floors were sanded they showed us three different options for stain color. We picked one and then they spent 4 days applying the stain and three layers of polyurethane. We stayed off the floors for 2 more full days. The floors look amazing! We are thrilled.

Vincent and his crew are magicians. The floor was scratched and discolored. After Vincent finished his work, the floor is WOW. I highly recommend Vincent. I have owned many properties and often had hardwood floors done, but Vincent is in a class of his own.

Vincent and his team did a beautiful job on our hardwood floors. We were working with a tight deadline to be able to move into our house, but Vincent made it happen. We contacted him on a Thursday, and his team was in our house sanding on Saturday. We did attempt to finish the floors ourselves, before calling Vincent. There were areas that had scratches from the sander. After Vincent and his team got to work, those scratches were gone. He was very knowledgeable about the work and his team was very patient with me when it came time to pick my stain color. Vincent was very informative on how to take care of the hardwood. Reasonably priced, quick turnaround, beautiful work, great customer service - I would recommend his services to family and friends. In fact, our neighbor said they had friends who used him, and we later saw his sign in someones yard down the street. Must be doing something right.

I had a very short window of time to complete this project, and Vincent came through for me! He came out on a Monday to look at our floors and provide an estimate, and was able to come back Wednesday afternoon to clean them, and then sand and coat them the next day. They did an excellent job, were very professional, and left everything neat and clean. I highly recommend Vincent's Hardwood Flooring!

Vincente and his crew did a fantastic job on our home. He came across as knowledgable and professional right off the bat during our walkthrough and original estimate. He updated us throughout the process, was upfront and honest about the project, and provided us with 3 stain options after they had sanded the floors and before applying the stain throughout. We are delighted with the results. The floors are nearly 100 years old and thanks to Vincente's team, they are restored to their original beauty. They left the floors cleaner than when they began - sweeping up all the sawdust and any other dust kicked up from the work. They provide top quality service, we found it worth every penny and are happy with our decision to go with them.

Vincent arrived on time to give an estimate to remove carpet, refinish and stain a curved staircase and upstairs hall. His estimate was fair and included applying quarter round molding. His team arrived on time and quickly got to work. His team was very respectful of our home, by placing tarps and plastic sheathing over the doorways to prevent dust from getting all over the house. The men had to hand scrape the stairs and Vincent asked 4 of his team to come to complete the painstaking work. Once the floors were sanded we worked on picking a stain to match the 21 year old floors in the downstairs- and they found a perfect match. Overall, I would highly recommend Vincent's Harwood Flooring to anyone looking to refinish floors. His team is punctual, efficient, polite and talented- and I love what they've done to my tired staircase!

The work was done exceptionally well, on time and at a reasonable price. There was very minimal evidence of residual dust after they finished, which is always a fear when having this type of work done. Vincent and his crew were friendly and professional, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work.

The project was completed during the first week of our 2 week vacation so the floors were dry when we returned and they looked beautiful. Mr. Rodriguez' crew left the house clean and in good order. We arranged with a local mover to move all the furniture out of the rooms to be done and to place furniture on the first floor of the house. The same movers came back to move the furniture back into the finished rooms after we returned from vacation.
