I used this company on several occasions to install new blinds on my townhouse windows and to install vertical and honey comb blinds on an oversized patio door that was very draft. It was always a pleasure working with Sam and he stands behind is products and installation.

Sam came out on a Sunday. He was great. Rather than having to order 2 new blinds, Sam was able to repair the blinds so that they were able to go up and down. If the blinds have any issues over the next few months, Sam would apply the amount that I pad him toward the new order, if needed. I definitely would recommend you contact Sam for any window treatments. He's a professional!
Description of Work: Sam Richter came to my home to see if he could repair two blinds. The original merchant where I purchased the blinds was unresponsive to my numerous calls. I purchased blinds from this other merchant for all of my windows in my home at considerable cost. Although the warranty had expired, Sam contacted the manufacturer and tried anyway. Sam never gave up and was an advocate for me.
