The man was a scammer. We said we would provide the cleaning supplies and he said no, they have them. (didn't see much). Then after the job was done (in 20 minutes) he showed me a bill with cleaning supplies as a big charge and demanded a huge gratuity. He was rude on top of the whole ridiculous experience. The name of his company was "Faith"!! After which I joined Angies and found a FABULOUS cleaning woman!

It is a pleasure to have Top Quality Cleaning in my house every two weeks. They arrive on time and work efficiently. If they ever had an arrival delay, they will call. They completely clean my home and return any products or equipment used to the area where they found them. They alert me if any products need to be replaced or if any areas require additional cleaning. I am very picky and my husband is very detailed orientated. Artur and his team are the only cleaners that can please us both. Artur even likes my two pups. Other cleaning people or services have not met my needs. Some were lazy. Some were unreliable. Some had so many rules that I had to sign countless forms just to get them to clean my shower or use products I preferred. Some spoke very little English so explaining things was frustrating for both sides. Artur and his team are smart and professional. They know how to run a service business.
