hardwood floor
+ -1 moreCame out to darken the floors using a process that did not match what they ultimately did. Pushed floor dye which looks more like paint, into what they thought was a heater vent in the floor. Why they thought that was acceptable is beyond me. Maybe in their universe, sloppy is OK. If it were a heater, what a nice odor that would have been. Guess what? Not a heater. Just a grate covered opening to let heat flow between floors. So, the slop lands on the furniture and I have to battle for many weeks to get restitution. Terrible workmanship, poor attitude and does not give what they promise. By the way. It started to come up in chips within weeks. Their idea to fix it? Dab in darker dye so your floor has freckles. Do not use these guys under this name or others they use. Burn your money, first.

+ -1 moreThe estimate was delivered by Mike Helmle, who was informative and attentive, and the work was done by Brian and Sean who were punctual, professional and helpful, and treated our house with care. The work was completed as described, and the two minor items on my punch list were immediately dealt with.
Description of Work: Sandfree refinished the hardwood floors in our living room, dining room, hallways and stairs.
