+ 1 moreHe is very reasonable and honest and reliable. He cleans up after every project very neatly. He is also very reasonably priced. He always leaves your house very clean after he gets done working at the end of the day. He is also incredibly polite and thoughtful. We have used him before and will continue to use him for any needs we have. He takes your time into consideration and is honest about when he will be able to get to the job. We have had friends that see some of the carpentry he has done and they now use him. We refer him to any friends that are in need of services. He is very CONSIDERATE.
Description of Work: He did some painting, carpentry, and other higher level handyman services for us.

+ 2 moreWhatever we ask him to do, he is always honest with us regarding if he can do it or not. He always leaves everything incredibly clean, you cannot even tell he was here. He is very polite and honest.
Description of Work: We have him come out to do a variety of work including installing a ceiling fan, painted the kitchen, he put on an extension of a window sill, he has done a lot of miscellaneous painting and carpentry.

+ 1 moreThe job went beautifully. Absolutely no complaints. Every day I came home to a clean house. The job was completed ahead of schedule. He was extremely professional.
Description of Work: Mike did a lot of interior painting, some carpentry, and he put in a new kitchen floor.

+ -1 moreMike, the painter, was always on time and finished the work on time. He also cleaned up after the job.
Description of Work: Almost the entire interior of the house was painted. This included scrapping and patching where necessary.
