+ 0 moreRoss came to my home in order to provide an estimate on removing and replacing 4 concrete sidewalk square.....each 4'x4', repair a small patch of stucco, and do some minor stone pointing. His estimate came in at a whopping $7,300. I got 2 additional estimates from high quality, experienced, highly rated contractors and the next highest bid for the exact same work was $2,000. Ross wasted my valuable time and insulted me with his bid.
