Excellent experience. All communications were very professional and responsive. My quote was very fair and the job performed was exactly to my satisfaction. Unlike previous companies, they were careful to not get sealer on my stonework. I will definitely use them again.

We called this company, they were very polite and professional from a customer service standpoint. We received a quote from them for coating and some patch work. The quote seemed fair and we scheduled the job for a week later, the job was done on time as promised. After the job was completed we noticed some issues with some of the patches and the fillings in the cracks. I immediately called the office expressed some concerns on the quality of the work done, once again everyone was professional and polite. I even followed-up with an e-mail and detailed pictures of our concerns. It took a week for the son to come meet me to review the work. The meeting did not go good at all. I showed the son the patch job and the cracks were showing up after only eight days of the job being completed. The son proceeded to tell me what a quality job he did and that our expectations we too high. He made other excuses such as; they are a small business (which I found offensive seeing that I grew up in a small business household), it is our busy season because he is a teacher at the local school, and the best one was that the ground may have shifted with the weather. I explained to him that no one drove or parked on the driveway for five days even though they recommended two days. The son would not admit any fault and basically told me I was stuck with it. He offered to redo the coating in October for an additional $100. I told him we were not satisfied, his response was an apology and we parted. This company is more worried about quantity rather than quality. I even visited some local businesses and other homes he did in the area, with the same results. I would not recommend or use this company in the future, if their quality was as good as their customer service the results may have been better.

Perfect ... they did an outstanding job from initial contact through completion. They made sure the weather forecast was cooperative before starting the job to insure ideal curing conditions. They did a perfect job where the edges of the driveway met dissimilar surfaces ... e.g. river rocks, landscape timbers, flagstone, concrete paths. The edges were perfect and clean. Diane who handles the communications was very responsive, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

I would highly recommend H&B if you need your driveway sealcoated. They were timely, courteous, and did a great job all for a very reasonable price. I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience.

Kept us well informed of when work would be done and everything we needed to know. They did an excellent job on both driveways and were on time and very nice.

Very professional, efficient, and neat. You can usually expect some sort of minor mess with this type of service. There weren't even sealent spot on any of the grass! They were flexible with timing as we needed the drive done in a tight window while we were on vacation.

I had a great first time experience with H&B. I called to get a quote and they can out the next day. The scheduling was easy and they called in advance to confirm the date. The arrived in time and the driveway looked great! I would definitely use them again.

Resealing a driveway is not rocket science so I was not surprised that H&B did a fine job an the price was reasonable. What really impressed me and made this company stand out, however, was how professional their operation is. They were extremely prompt with estimates, service and answers to questions. Whenever I sent an e-mail I was answered quickly with accurate and helpful information. I was very pleased.

The crew was punctual and polite. They did a thorough job of cleaning the drive first. There were some mossy areas they cleaned off plus they sealed all the cracks first. The sealing material they used was brushed on and not sprayed and it had a thickness to it that I expect will last a long time. The drive hadn't been sealed for quite some time and some areas where the stones were loose are now stabilized. I thought the price ($475) was good - the driveway is 150' long plus there's a 75' circle and a wide area up by the garage.

This company deserves an A+. The person who answered the phone and set up the appointment was very cordial and polite. H&B came out on the designated date and had the work done in no time. I spoke with the supervisor who answered all of my questions.They trimmed the grass and prepared the surface to be treated. They worked quickly and efficiently. I could not find a single splash of black sealant against my house, garage door or adjoining cement. Their work was extremely neat. Four of my neighbors had their driveways done at the same time. Everyone was very pleased. I would definitely recommend H&B Driveway Resealing.

We are impressed by the qualtiy of H&B's work on our 36 yard-long doublewide driveway. They thoroughly cleared the dust and debris beforehand, leaving nothing behind. Grass was neatly trimmed back. Cracks were filled. The sealcoat was meticulously applied - no missed spots and no accidental smudges or dabs on walls or rock walls at the borders. Highly recommended.

Communication was great. They came out and gave me an estimate quick. They were back out within a few days to do the work, and it looks great. Will use them again in the future.

The provider responded promptly to my request for an estimate, then gave me a date when service could be done and came within the timeframe promised and did a great job. It was a very hot day, yet all of the workers were very pleasant.

H&B was extremely responsive. They came out and provided a quote within one day of calling them. They were great with keeping us informed since the day of the work was dependent on the weather. The work that they did was absolutely great. They were very neat. Our driveway looks fabulous.

I first contacted this company through Angie's list. This was back in April 2015. Arrangements were made to come see what needs to be done and the price given. A written proposal was given and I agreed to have work done. I later pointed out the price should be reduced for a senior discount. I informed Diane that I was having windows and doors put in so I needed to work around when this would be completed. Date was set for June 6. I loved the fact the driveway was brushed on instead of sprayed. It looked great! However, I did started noticing some cracks were not filled in. Which is not the fault of the company because I discovered on my own that it is hard to fill in the cracks. I took pictures and Henry said he would come back and check them out. He later came back and filled in the cracks. No charge for this. I also took it upon myself to fill in areas that I wanted to look better. I later contacted them to put another coat on because with all the fillings in the second time and I messed up some areas by turning my car around. That I wanted the more even look. I paid a small amount for the second coat because I wanted it redone. I would use again because of the great communications.

I love working with this family owned company. We needed our driveway resealed after the extreme winter weather. There were some new cracks in the asphalt. H&B came out quickly gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the work. The crew which included the owners son filled the cracks and resealed the entire driveway. I really appreciate how careful they were to avoid the Belgian block that lines our driveway. Great service and an outstanding job!

From the moment we contacted this provider for an estimate, things couldn't have gone better. They are pleasant, responsive and a pleasure to work with. The estimate was very reasonable, the scheduling process was easy and the work was done promptly and looks good.

The driveway initially looked good after Henry sealed it. However, after a few weeks, oil stains came through that he had not pre-treated. I called him to complain and while he didn't return the call right away when he did come back to look, he agreed to reseal the entire driveway at no additional cost to me. So while I was not initially satisfied, Henry solved the problem in the correct way and I am happy.

HR was quick to come out and give a competitive estimate. The owner himself came out on a weekend to give the estimate. After that, they were quick to follow up and schedule the work. They were clear about special instructions (the cure time for the sealant) and cleaned up the site before leaving. Very pleased with the work. Worth the money!

They topcoated my driveway while we were on vacation and away from the house. The price was very competitive. They showed up on the appointed day (according to neighbors) and did an excellent job including carefully edging around plants along the driveway and cleanup. I willdefinitely use them again.
